I have been doing business with Heits for the past couple of years. The service they provide is very professional and reliable. [redacted], who is in charge of the company's business development takes an active part in ensuring things keep running smoothly. He always makes sure I am happy with the services and goes out of his way to make things right if there are any issues.

Review: Heits Building Services Inc. was hired to provide professional cleaning services for a medical office building. On several occasions services were either not completed or sub par. The office was not vacuumed, the counters were not wiped down, the floors were not mopped, the cleaning service individual did not show up when scheduled, & the overall appearance of the office after allegedly receiving "professional cleaning services" was less than sanitary. When the dissatisfaction of services was brought to management's attention they were remiss in handling the situation. Upon reaching an agreement to terminate our business relationship without penalty or monies owed for alleged services, management decided to renege on the agreement that was reached. Please note: dates listed in Step 3 are complaints that were addressed to Heits management several times in any given month.Desired Settlement: Heits Building Services claims they provide a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee; additionally, as per the conditions of their own guarantee, "In the unlikely event there are more than two occurrences of the same complaint during any given month, your account will be credited for the entire month;" however, this guarantee was not fulfilled in these instances. Unfortunately, after numerous complaints my establishment is still being billed for services that were either never rendered or sub par. After several failed attempts to resolve the aforementioned, including reaching an agreement to terminate services with management stating & I quote, "Although you have a contract which obligates you to continue to use our services, and although you are currently in arrears for services rendered, we hereby offer to waive those charges, and cancel your contract, immediately." Heits has yet to live up to its 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & to return the keys to the medical office.
