Craig H built a new custom home for us in Redlands Mesa. He refused to honor warranty work stating he had run out of money even though he had been paid in full. He became aggressive and abusive in a text message requesting him to honor his work. He was abusive and aggressive on the phone. We paid for the normally expected one year warranty work ourselves to avoid further unpleasantness. Now 18 months in a newly constructed home we are faced with a complete rebuild in our master bath because of improper shower drain issues with water leaking under an electric heated floor. This caused a short in the electrical heating cables built into the floor. This will require a complete tear out of all tile on the shower floor and walls and a removal and replacement of the master bath tile floor and heating system. This is a significant project and expense. Again, this is new construction in a custom home.

In addition, our fireplace was not installed correctly causing surges in gas pressure. We are currently working with a fireplace specialist to attempt to modify the venting system to make it operate correctly and most importantly, safely. This is a unit Craig installed himself to avoid paying a specialist.

Craig has refused to return my calls or texts beginning March, 2016 to date and has not take responsibility for his workmanship.
