I’m disappointed that you don’t have a customer feedback or rating location on you web address. I can understand why you don’t have one, but still I’m disappointed. I know exactly why you want NO ONE to have an opportunity to give feedback in light of the service you provide. Without a doubt your service and professionalism has been some of the poorest I have ever encountered. Your pricing is outrageous, your attitude and demeanor towards customers is downright rude. Over a year to get pictures from you is ridiculous. There is nothing that I can give you feedback on that could improve your service, the problem is YOU. I heard you tell my wife that your business has been in service since 1947. That’s amazing that someone like you could keep a business open that long, but it’s time to move into the 21 st century and act like you want some ones business.

I hope I never have to do business with you again.
