We are returning Sleep Number consumers We purchased a second Sleep Number bed over the phone on 09/27/ The bed was a split king ILE for $6,Sleep Number gives a nights to try the bed and if you don't like it, you can return it I called before the days to return the bed because we couldn't sleep with the split in the bed (you feel like you're going to fall through the crack)When I called to make the return they said only the mattress is refundable, not the based of the bed What!? I told the supervisor (*** **) over the phone I made the purchase over the phone and was never told the base of the bed is not refundable (final sale) She stated that it's in the receipt you get after purchasing the bed First, this is illegal tactics How can a consumer make an informed decision if they don't get all the facts A Sleep Number consumer only finds out if he reads his receipt after the purchase and decide to return it right then and there?
