I called the company above to book 10 seats for fishing on the 14th June, and was asked for my credit card information. After the seats were booked,I was told to call a week in advance to confirm, or if there are any changes. So I called the week before the trip to confirm 8 seats instead of 10, for the same date, which was the 14th. I was given the okay, and the seats were confirmed. Then, I called back the same day to see if it was possible that I get 9 seats instead. all of a sudden, they told me I had book for the 12th. I told them that that is not a mistake on my part because every one that is going to the trip would either be in school or at work on the 12th. They told me that they were charted for the 14th, so there are no seats available on the 14th. When I called to speak to the owner about my disappointment, she was defiant of my complaint and very unapologetic.
