Good afternoon, [redacted] , First, let me apologize that you had to get involved in this issue It should have never been taken to this level, this is what happens when dealing with an irrational individualI've attached copies of the recorded phone calls that I had with Ms [redacted] In those conversations you will see that she was initially very patient as we tried to answer her questionsShe became "testy" and ultimately very vulgar, which resulted in the calls being disconnected on several occasions After her 5th call, we stopped answering her calls and let them go into voice mail She then resorted to calling from her business phone (United Refrigeration [redacted] in order to get us to answer her callsIt was finally on the 9th call from her that I did lose my temper after being notified that she was posting accusations about be being a thief and committing fraud I never called her names as you can see, but referred to myself as being the wrong "B***" to be "F
*" with (I know it's unprofessional, but she finally made me reach my breaking point after dealing with her for over an hour.) I'm also attaching copies of the billing transactions that clearly show that she fell behind in payments and that she currently owes for earned premium We did not raise the fees, and she did not pay her monthly premiums in a timely manner When we discussed the payments, I advised her that I did show receipt of those payments and those weren't disputed Her accusations are unsupported, fabricated lies, and all resulting because she became emotional over something she created The reason she is being sent to collections is purely because she didn't pay her bill and fell behind on payments that were dueWe didn't raise her premium, it was recalculated from monthly payments to five monthly payments when she fell behind, and then she fell behind again after the calculation [redacted] has gone fuin creating a smear campaign to destroy my reputation in the community She has enlisted her peers to jump on the campaign and bully or "victim shame" me by posting negative comments and lies on FAcebook and YELP!
