Review: [redacted] was hired to account for the estate and filed taxes on debits absent of itemization. [redacted] created an enormous capital gain for unaccounted assets. [redacted] is in violation of the California Accountancy Act and/or California Board of Accountancy. Poor accounting records absent of pertinent details need to report on. Accounting was done No correction were made to trust accounting income. No review of assets was performed on the trust instrument for its interpretation. No needs analysis was performed to determine what level of participation beneficiaries will have in the accounting process. I am unable to get the maximum benefit from the resources applied to accounting.Desired Settlement: I need itemization and descriptive labels on all debited amounts. I need assets to reflect accurate value as some items are absolete, I am requesting a report of [redacted] stewardship to beneficiaries of the trust. It is extremely important to me to obtain good accounting records which will enable correct filing. Fiduciary responsibilities were discharged without complete journals and the trust notes need to clarify items shown on the face of the statements.
