My wife and I brought in a clock for repair back in April 7th and have not heard back from owner We have called and left several messages but no one has called back We are concerned that we may never see our clock againThe phone mailbox is full so there is no way to communicate with these people The date today is May 30th
I contacted the customer on Saturday and everything is fineShe understood why there was a delay and accepted my responseShe wanted me to finish the clockI have completed the work and I am double checking for accuracyShe should have the clock back later this week

I left a clock with Helen's Clock Company on 11/11/ (invoice #***) to be repaired I hoped this would happen I called them every few months to check on progress The lst year someone would respond to let me know things were moving slowly For the last year my calls have not been returned I left messages that I would be in to get my clock My husband went twice yesterday during their posted hours, but no one answered his loud knocks and the door was locked I think the owners are ill or deceased I am sorry for their issues, but I want my clock back
The clock is not worth much, but it was given to me by me brother who passed years ago and it originally belonged to my grandmother It has sentimental value
