Dear  Consumer Complaint Dispute Resolution:This complaint was forwarded
to me for resolution as the  purchase was
handled by my Special Finance Department.   The statements made by Ms. [redacted]  in the complaint are  inaccurate and she is contacting you to
withdraw...

her complaint.  A summary of the
purchase is outlined below for your review. On 9/09/15, Mr. [redacted]
purchased a 2013 Camry from Earnhardt Toyota [ET]. The loan was approved at the
rate of 16.99 at a $381.46 payment; the contract was sent to the Lender, Avid Acceptance.  Mr. [redacted] stated he was employed by BLT
Trucking but when the lender verified his employment, it was determined that
Mr. [redacted] terminated his employment with BLT on 8/21/15, 3 weeks prior to purchasing
the Camry.  Based on the false
information he provided on the application, Avid declined the loan and returned
the contract on 10/06/15.  Mr. [redacted] was
advised to return the car or find a co-buyer to sign on the loan.On 10/08/15, Ms. [redacted]
contacted us to request we add her to the loan. We secured an approval with AmeriCredit
Financial using  Mr. Tyler's true
employment status but, based on their combined credit and income, the loan was
approved at the rate of 25%.  We reduced
the sales price by $2087.00, to help offset the higher interest rate.  On 10/24/15, Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] came
to the dealership and signed a new contract at a payment of $401.81 per
month.  The loan was funded by AmeriCredit
on 10/29/15.On 11/07/15,  Mr. [redacted] called us to state that he wanted to
return the vehicle but was informed that since the loan was funded, this was no
longer an option.  This call was our last
contact with Mr. [redacted], until we received the complaint from your agency.  After ET left messages for
several days, I finally reached Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] on Friday, 11/20/15.  They stated that sometime after speaking to
us on 11/07/15, they purchased another vehicle from a dealer in Yuma; they
drove to ET after hours and left the Camry across the street from the
dealership and left the keys in the car.  Mr. [redacted] stated he called AmeriCredit and advised them where he left
the car.  The Camry was, thankfully,
still parked on the street where Mr. [redacted] stated he had left it.  Mr. [redacted] stated he had no interest in taking
possession of the Camry.  I informed him
that he and Ms. [redacted] had signed a contract and AmeriCredit would repossess
the vehicle.  I contacted the Credit
Manager to discuss the situation and although neither ET or AmeriCredit had an
obligation to do so, the contract is being returned to ET and AmeriCredit is
closing the loan.  Mr. [redacted] and Ms. [redacted]
have agreed that ET will retain $762.92 of the down payment which represents 2
payments of $381.46 and the balance of $1237.08 will be refunded to them.  Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] stated that they
are pleased with this solution. In summary, we are pleased
that the matter has been resolved without the necessity of a repossession for
neither AmeriCredit or the customers. Please contact me if you have any
questions relating to this case and I thank you very much!Happy Thanksgiving!    Colleen [redacted], Special Finance Director ###-###-####

Review: On August 5th I purchased two rooms at the Super 8 in Helena, Mt. At approximately 3 am I awoke to a periodically beeping smoke detector. I went to the customer service desk and received a battery for replacement. Around 8 am in the morning the smoke detector went off due to a small electrical fire within the room. The clerk at the desk informed me that I would be receiving a refund for the room but because the order was purchased through [redacted].com would take a few days. I have yet to receive the refund and my spouse has contacted the business owner who has been avoiding communication with her. I would hope the business would stick to their word and refund the room costs.Desired Settlement: Refund as promised of $74.58 for room costs.

Review: I checked in around 11:30 am the room was not clean at the time, but I thought I could wait till the maid cleaned it. However the smell in the hall way was sickening. The whole motel was very dirty and run down. I decided to go tell the gentleman at the desk that I was couldn't stay there it was just to dirty. I gave him the cards or keys to the room and told him I was going somewhere else. At 1:00am they left a message on my cell phone asking if I was going to check in. When I got home the next day I called to make sure I wasn't charged. I was I called and he said they require 24hr notice. I gave in a notice within 15min. I told him when I left that I wasn't going to stay and gave him back the card or key. He still hasn't credited my bank account. I just want my $74.00 back in my account.Desired Settlement: $74.00 Back in my account.

Review: Went to the Super 8 on 08/17/14. Got a room for 2 nights but the motel was super dirty. Smelled of smoke, security doors taped open with duck tape, screen on room window cut. Talked to on duty clerk, [redacted]. Explained that the motel was not acceptable and we told him we were going some place else. He said "I don't blame you." He told us the card had not been charged nor would it be charged. The card was charged but not until the following day for two nights. I called and spoke to the on duty clerk on 08/25/14 and explained the situation. He told me he would take care of it and would try to get the credit back on my card and said he would have the manager call me. The manager, [redacted] never called and I was not allowed to talk with him. I called back, [redacted] told me there would be no credit for either night and I would have to file a dispute with my credit card company. I was told a credit would not be posted to my account for either night, even though we did not stay on the 17th or 18th of August, 2014. We checked the hotel on "YELP" and others have complained about the security door locks being taped open with duck tape and unable to be secured as well as the odors in the building and stains on the carpet. There were two other parties in our group and their cards were also charged. All members of our party were present when [redacted] told us the cards had not been charged yet and since we were not staying, the cards would not be charged. Also, not sure how we can be charged for the second night. This charge was definitely not authorized. This establishment took it upon themselves to charge a second night without my authorization.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund of $140.84. [redacted], the clerk assured us that my Visa would not be charged. We were only at the hotel for about 5 minutes and in possession of a room key for about 5 minutes. There was a verbal confirmation from the motel clerk, [redacted], that the cards would not be charged and that agreement should be honored.
