I contacted the customer on Saturday and everything is fine. She understood why there was a delay and accepted my response. She wanted me to finish the clock. I have completed the work and I am double checking for accuracy. She should have the clock back later this week.
Some repairs are more complicated than others. We contacted Mr. [redacted] and he picked up his clock from our shop on June 06,2017.

[redacted] The clock was never even looked at after it was in his shop for two months so I gave up and picked up the clock to take it to an actual clock repair shop
