I have spoken with Body Shop management regarding this customerYes...there were some issues with the work on the carTo our knowledge, all issues have been fixed and the insurance company agrees that the repair is complete.If there are any other issues with the car since the final repair we will gladly look at them and see what we can do to resolveWe can not be responsible for consequential damagesLet me know if you have any other concernsSteven W***Helfman Dodge

 there was rude words but no threat only bad service and a lot of it. specially when I take a car that has warranty and the do not fix it. they lie about the service they lie to me and destroy my car. I had witness and they say the same thing with the rude word came from them first my mom heard and  saw them act bad and say rude things. so Revdex.com keep this for other folks can stay clear of them and to stay clear of the so call software update and the recall parts and to many time I has to fix there mistake I will sent a email to fiat about this unprofessional  folks and there continuously bad service they do. I am sure they put all excuses out there put there logs say the truth it will show my car was taken there before the warranty and it will show that bad service update and it will show all that why I am making this complaint and be on record that I did everything good with out treat they did wrong on there part so it must be notice thank you down with scammers
