They were hired to exponged my record. Never returned my calls no notification forced to deliver my own court documents
In or around sept 2012 I hired this lawyer to exponged my record. When I met with [redacted] he informed me that I was indeed eligible for expongement. So I payed him $700 flat fee to get it done. Later that day he called me an said you can apply until February 2013. So in feb we went ahead with procedure and during that time his assistant would never answer my calls or return them. I was never notified of changes to the case. I was told by Mr. [redacted] that the case would take 2 to 3 months to complete. After month 1 I called to check up and nothing had even been done. So after some complaint the papers were finally sent. When they got the proper paper work back I was never contacted I happen to call and they said oh we have your papers there's a $200 fee. So I paid the fee. And still no progress. So I got frustrated and went and got the papers myself and delivered them. So what was supposed to take 3 months actually took 7. And it probably would have been longer if I didn't step in. So basically it was a waste of money and time.
