Review: We went fishing with this company on July 14, 2015, We paid for a 3/4 fishing trip for 3 family members. We started out and the first stop for fish was about 5 mins. The second stop was with a large amount of fish, most of the people on the boat were catching fish. My husband caught a fish, and yelled for assistance, no one came and he lost the fish. We fished in this spot for about 1.5 hours. The crew and the caption we all fishing and most of them had lines in the water, while the paying customers did not. it was about 11 or so, they ran out of bait, we waited for another boat to bring on net half full of bait. Once we received the bait, the caption decided to move spots, however there were still fish in the water. We spent the remainder of the day sight seeing. We did not pay for a sight seeing trip, we paid to fish!! We stopped one last time to fish, and once again the crew and caption were fishing before anyone else. This trip was from 7:00am to 4:00pm and our lines were only in the water for about 2:00 hours. We were done! Once back to the hotel I called and left a message,no one returned my call. We came home and I called again on Friday July 17th. I spoke with [redacted] who claimed to be the manager. She was apologetic and stated she would sent 3 free gift certificates to us in hopes we would try them again. To this day we have not received those certificate, I have called back 2 or 3 times, left messages and no one has ever returned my call. I have left messages on the machine and on Monday August 10, I spoke to a gentleman who took my information again for [redacted] to call back, she has not. At this point I feel I have given the business enough opportunities to make it right, they have choose not to do so.

We have been fishing other places and NEVER have been treated so badly.I will not be using the company again, no will I recommend themDesired Settlement: The total was around 315.00 and would like this amount refunded.
