If the windshield was so bad a driver the driver caused a concern when driving it seemed mrs Hanz would have said something on test drive. we lowered the price of the vehicle for her to make her happy with purchase.  and we sell warr for customers satisfaction so if there was a bad axle the warr would have covered it. We are sorry she is not happy with her purchase, however we are refunding her exstended warr money.
