Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The only possible way that is correct is that the company is not [redacted]. I receive countless calls from rude callers from [redacted] daily and want it stopped. I do not understand how it is possible to call me and not have my number.

To Whom It May Concern;
We recently received Mrs. [redacted]’s complaint about receiving several phone calls from our company.
I have searched our database and can’t find a single record on file with Mrs. [redacted]’s phone number or email address that...

she provided on her complaint. These are the only two ways I can search for a record (phone number and email). I expanded my search to the past 6 months and still could not locate any records in our system.
If Mrs. [redacted] is being contacted on a number that is different than the one she provided on this complaint, I will need that phone number instead so I can do a record search to see if her other number is in our system. This way, I can remove it should we have it on file.
Otherwise, if the number she provided is the correct one, we have no record of the phone number anywhere in our database, so it’s possible that her complaint is actually with a different company.
Please advise us if there is a different phone number and/or email address we should try searching under to facilitate her removal from our call list. Thank you!

Ms. [redacted] is correct – we are not [redacted] – we are Helios Media.
When I received Ms. [redacted]’s initial complaint, I did add this phone number to our DNC list as a precautionary step: ###-###-####. However, I looked in our system to see if I could find a record of that number being dialed and I could not find it. Once again, if there is a different phone number she claims she is receiving calls from us on, I will need that phone number so I can see if we have dialed it and to also add it to our DNC list just in case.
While I certainly apologize that Ms. [redacted] is receiving unwanted calls, I have taken every step possible to ensure we are not contacting her. The actions I can take are limited to the information Ms. [redacted] has provided. If there are any other phone numbers she uses, I can certainly add those to our DNC list as a precautionary step. I hope we can consider this matter resolved.
