I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As for my daughter using foul language, I was right there and no foul language was used, she did however demand that the job be finished like the siding on my house has still not been finished where your company removed it for installation. I have left the pile of trash that your company left when they stole my breakers. and as for the breakers my daughter spoke to your company about this and then received a phone call from luis informing her that he had the breakers and would be returning them as soon as the secretary would schedule them to come back out to finish up the work on my home and the clean up. my electric bill was supposed to be being taken care of by your company from the time I signed the contract with your company. and that was in august of last year. I have yet to see anything happen except I am still paying for everything. your company will not answer the phone when I do call myself. your telling me that you disposed of the meter according to the guidelines is acceptable however it is the breakers that were taken and we were told that they would be returned or replaced. I am not accepting that your company has fired the installation crew as this is the same excuse that you gave to me about why it took over 4 months to even start the installation. if you can not finish the job yourself the please figure out who you should hire to finish what your company started. you have not fulfilled your part of the contract and this is unacceptable. your company tries to justify not finishing what they start with the excuse of dismissing people. if you have enough business the all your secretary can do is take messages for other employees then it sounds to me like you need a receptionist and your employees need to take their own calls so the secretary can take care of customers. I am attaching photos to show what still has to be completed and the way your company disposes of the meters.

Review: I was having solar installed on my home and I signed in august of last year and still do not have a working system. when they were here installing part of the system they were supposed to clean up there trash and leave my property here, well, they stole my old breakers and left the trash in my yard and it has been over a month since they were here and I have called and have been hung up on repeatedly. they were supposed to have been paying my electric bill from the time I signed until they got it up and running and now I cant seem to reach anyoneDesired Settlement: I want the job finished and my property returned

Review: We purchased solar panels from this company in July of 2014. There is a monitoring service that is hooked up to make sure the panels are producing the right amount of energy every month. The monitoring system has not been working for several months. We have tried contacting Heliotek over and over again, left message after message and no one has called us back to help.Desired Settlement: I would just like someone to call us back and help us get our system back running as it should be.
