When purchasing tickets to Helium Comedy Club, all customers agree to the following terms "We do not offer any refunds or exchanges All sales are final upon completion of the transaction." Management went out of their way to offer a credit for a future show for this customer However, he denied the offer

On occasion my friends and I get together to go out to dinner and see different shows, We went to the helium comedy club on 3/5/to see the comedian Dana G***, we got there early had some appetizers and drinks, at this time we are at the bar enjoying ourselves, I have a very distinct laugh, it did not appear to bother anyone while we were at the bar nor did anyone come up to me too advise it may be too loud, we go into the show and when the comedian Dana G [redacted] get on stage of course you are at a comedy club so you laugh, he came over to our table and said no one came to the club to hear me laugh insulted me to where I am in tears Humiliated, I am extremely upset we went out to have a good time and now we are leaving the club where altogether we had to have spent over $for the tickets for & drinksI w [redacted] not recommend this place to anyone, and if they are going to pick people out of the audience to humiliate them they sh [redacted] advise people who have a loud laugh NOT to attend

Revdex.com spoke to Brad at business and the following was relayed: I did speak to the manager and this involved a birthday party groupSome of the party appeared intoxicated and they were spoken to several timesThere were several complaints from some of the groups around them who were unhappySome of
the group was asked to leave, some of the others in the group did stay

this customer.  However, he denied the offer.

The comedian we saw was amazing. The overall service and quality of food/drinks at the buffalo location is poor enough to make me not return. Our “signature” spicy Rita drinks were served In martini glasses, no ice or salted rims (like the menu stated) When we asked, we were given ice and table salt on the rims???? the burgers were so soggy, they had to be microwaved. Again, the act we saw was amazing- but everything else was awful.

Review: I answered questions during a comedy show and they told me I would have to leave if I answered any more questions.Desired Settlement: I wanted a refund early on and they refused. I did not watch the rest of the show. They were not even half way through the show and they embarrassed then harassed me.

I'm sorry to hear **. [redacted] was unhappy with her experience.

In the beginning of the show it is made very clear by our preshow video

and our host that disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Patrons are expected to act as they would in the theater. Helium's policy on disruptive behavior is a 3-warning policy. We warn patrons 3 times, at the point they're still disruptive, the person is asked to leave as their behavior is ruining the experience for other customers.

Unfortunately, at this time we don't feel this is ground to offer a refund. Helium provided the product which **. [redacted] had paid for.

Review: I placed an order to see a comedy show at the end of January. I placed two separate orders, one for myself and one for my sister. The night before the comedy show we had a family emergency and had to cancel. I spoke with one of the females at Helium, she advised that she will put in a request to get a refund back on my credit card. During the month of February I contacted Helium to check the status once a week. The customer service there is inadequate. I spoke with several different employee's and I received the same answer every time, that someone would call me back with an update. However, I never received a phone call back from them. Finally, at the end of February I spoke with someone who told me I couldn't get my money back because that was not there policy and they could credit my Helium account. If they didn't give refund's back then why is there a process to get approval? I want my money back on my card not my Helium account, as of right now I will never walk in Helium again. I received nothing but the run around. I did try emailing upper management and that was just a waste of time. They are worse than there employee's. This is the real world, people have emergencies and I shouldn't have to fight to get my refund.Desired Settlement: $61.00 for each order, total refund - $123.00
