I have had multiple conversations with him about getting this resolved and informed him I would issue an RMA # for return and did this morning 2/2/2018. we also have explicit policies on return merchandise that or clearly stated in the warranty sent with both the products Mr. [redacted] purchased and also under policies on the web site. We only offer one dual stabilizer shock kit for his truck as it fits all truck models from 2001 to 2008 so Mr. [redacted] is being misleading on his statement about both products. Yes it is hard to get in touch with us over the phone as we have recently lost our customer service person that I stated to Mr. [redacted] over the phone and that it was easier to contact me directly through the email system and gave him my email [email protected] and had not let more than a few days go in-between contact. we are still willing to work with Mr. [redacted]. I have issued an RMA # earlier today as I already stated. No refunds will be issued until we receive the products back.
