I am rejecting this response because:I do not know if it will fix the vehicle until I check it out after they say they fixed it I will not be willing to accept their offer more things are failing on the vehicle some are serious I will then release them from their obligation to me they called me not happy because I had contacted you I will let you know what happens [redacted]

[redacted]Dear Revdex.com representative,I have contacted this customer as stated in my last response, and we agreed that he would come to the store so we could drive the vehicle together, inspect and identify any current issues with this vehicle. I now receive this correspondence and he states that he is not willing to return to the store? I am not sure how it will be possible to resolve this case without the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. This vehicle was sold "As is" and without warranty, yet we were willing to make minor repairs to this vehicle 3 months after purchase. Parts were ordered and the customer never returned to complete the repair. Please let me know how to resolve this open case with the vehicle or the customer being willing to return. brought his vehicle in on 7/11/2017 and w drove the vehicle, put it up on a hoist, and we looked under the vehicle together. This vehicle has some usual surface rust for being 13 years old and driven in snow/salt conditions. However, the vehicle is not flaking rust and all body panels are solid. We ordered sway bar links and also one inner tie rod end for his vehicle on 7/11/2017. Mr. [redacted] never came back to have the service work done, so the parts were returned and the repair order was closed on 8/15/2017. I am enclosing a copy of the repair order for your review.
