We have recently purchased a brand new tent trailer from Big Boys Toys Our experience right from walking on the lot to when we took delivery was extremely positive
We were approached by the sales staff (Dale) in a courteous 'non pressure' style He was knowledgable about RV'ing in general as well as their inventory, both new and used Once we made our purchase decision, we dealt with the Business Manager (Larry) and had an equally positive experienceHe was extremely knowledgable about financing and sought to provide us with the best financing available When we went to pick the unit up, we spent a great deal of time with the Technician (Steve) learning how to run the appliances as well as the set up and take down of the trailer When we went to drive away, we discovered that the electrical connection on our truck had eroded and needed to be replaced Although they were extremely busy that day Steve arranged to have it changed out immediately He also worked with us to get our electric brakes set up
