I gave *** my new name and address - as I had moved only once since my divorceI have received other bankruptcy correspondence at my new address for the bankruptcy court*** verified my address twice before we finished our phone callAfter file was not delivered, I received a voice mail they would email it to meI called in my email to them TWICEI had to leave a message on ***'s voice mail the first, then I got a male legal aid which whom I left it the second timeMy ex and I had filed Chapter - which is a bankruptcy you still pay your debtsAs I turned over all assets of the marriage over to my ex, he is to pay the bankruptcy monthly payments, per court orderWhen I questioned post divorce debt, I have been told that since I am not the one making the payments - It really didn't matterHowever, *** of new debt was added to the bankruptcy, which is also in my name - making me responsible for after divorce debt of my exAs many times as I have called - you cannot speak to anyoneThe only reason I did get a call back was due to me filling out the form on their website for more informationOnce you go to your court date you are left hanging if problems ariseBut...the whole response from *** was regarding the address...which he was given the correct address, verified twice as he knew I had not only moved but remarried - and there was a forwarding on my old address*** did call and verify the address he said I gave in the claimHowever, my address has been correct with the bankruptcy court as I get correspondence from them

All I am asking for is for them to mail me the file I paid forOn February 12th I spoke with ***, went through the file*** called me back that afternoon, I gave her my debit card number and she told me she would be sending my receipt and my file that day*** called me after I filed the complaint and ask if I wanted the file sent to the address on the complaintI said yesAs of this date, June 9th, they have still not delivered the file I paid for*** said they can't satisfy me? All I have ask for these months is the file I paid forAll they have to do is put the file in an envelope and mail the fileFor some reason, they don't want me to have itIf they have nothing to hid, send the fileI have been patient with them - and now I'm tired of waiting around on themI'm only asking for what I paid for
