The owner of this salon, Liberty, purposely colored and cut my hair incorrectlyShe examined my hair before coloring and knowing that she could not properly color my hair she placed a incorrect color on my hair in order to get paid for the serviceShe then charged my card after admitting that she had made a mistakeI have contacted her regarding a refund for which she refuses to do and she refuses to do a color correction
