Review: I purchased 13 bagels on Saturday, March 7. They put the garlic, cinnamon raisin and egg bagels in 1 paper bag. All the bagels would taste like garlic. I tried to return the bagels on Sunday, March 8 and Tuesday, March 10 when I was in the area. The store was closed each time. I was not aware they were only open until 2:30pm. I messaged them on Facebook to try to resolve the issue. They offered a dozen bagels. I explained I wanted a refund and they again offered a dozen. I was in the area prior to 2:30pm on Friday and went by to return the bagels. They took the bagels back to dispose of but refused to give me a refund. They offered me a sandwich or bagels. I did not want either.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. They should also retrain their employees if it is not their policy to put the bagels together.
