I apologize for the missed item on your order. For some reason the item didn't come over from our web site to our CRM. To make matters worse, when you tried to call us our phones and email were down due to a server crash. I assure you we are in business and all the issues internally have been corrected! Your item has shipped and the UPS tracking number is***.
