My order was never shipped to me even though they charged me and said it was shippedUPS and USPS both said they don't have the packageI contacted customer service, and they refused to give me a refund or replacementWhoever I dealt with was extremely rude about it too
Purchased $97.00 worth of t-shirts that were listed as "in stock" on 22 August, as well as expedited shipping, and received a successful order confirmation email.
On 27 August I recontacted HelloMerch and spoke with Kimberly C[redacted]l to inquire about the status of my order. Ms. C[redacted]l informed me that certain t-shirts in my order take 1-2 extra days to process. On 28 August I requested that Ms. C[redacted]l and HelloMerch ship me the t-shirts that I ordered that were in stock. Ms. C[redacted]l informed me that the t-shirts would be sent out on Tuesday, 4 September, or at the absolute latest 5 September. I requested again that the in stock t-shirts be sent, and Ms. C[redacted]l replied that it is against HelloMerch policy to "split" orders, and that my complete order would ship 5 September.
I recontacted Ms. C[redacted]l on 11 September due to my order still not being received to get a tracking number for the order that was promised to ship Wed, 5 September. Ms. C[redacted]l responded on 14 September to inform me that my order still had not shipped.
To date (14 Sept), I still have not received my order placed on 22 August from HelloMerch, and they still have over $100 of my money.
