Hello Relaxation

Booked for inflatable bed duct taped, leaking air, no sheets blankets or pillows for this bedNo parking passBalcony door wouldn,t open properly, bath bottom all stained, faulty powerpoint, drawers to dresser collapsed onto each other, begged for help, now the lady who is to resolve our dispute is not telling the truth, changing her story, and charged us a second cleaning fee when they changed our room on the third day so we all had somewhere to sleepWe didn,t agree to pay a second cleaning fee of $now saying she offered to come in and repair all problems, but she didn,t she said each apartment was individual I couldnt take an inflatable a sheets from another room, we had to move as she didnt have one to give usJoyce is a disgraceWe were given codes etc july saying we had paid in full, I made contact times to say we hadnt couldnt get them to send an invoice for balance ofpayment, cleaner said she was never told we were coming, we have the proof, Joyce keeps changing her story, told us she already had our money now, didnt get back our full deposit and refund of parking costsUnbelievably negligent, they broke the contract

I will never recommend this business to another person, They do not want to give the security deposit back regardless of reason, which in my case they gave noneThey pass the buck to an accountant that will not answer phone callsThey made my entire trip a mess during and afterAs the property is advertised on [redacted] there as several factors that were on their part in my decision to stay at this propertyThis is not a hotel or really a vacation rental, this property is a residential apartment complex, with partial views, and a whole lot of stressThat is the only funny part, they call themselves Relaxation, but fail to provide any of that!
