Review: I ordered a youth New York Yankees Pinstripe Youth Jersey (size 8) from Hello, Sports Fans! Online (Order #[redacted]) and when I received the jersey, it was not the same as what was being advertised on their website. I called and spoke with [redacted] (Manager/Supervisor) on 11/18/13 @ 2:55pm PST to discuss the issue. [redacted] explained to me that the manufacuturer did not sell that particular jersey anymore and that a new one replaced it (which is the one I received). I asked him if they knew that the manufacturer has since replaced the style/type of jersey, then why haven't they updated their website, to advertise what the customer would actually be getting? He just kept telling me that the manufacturer changed jersey's and the one on the website is no longer available, and there was nothing he could do about it. The main thing that attracted me to buying this jersey from this company was the fact that the NY on the front left chest looked as if it was actually sewn on and the pinstripes resembled that of the actual (authentic) NY Yankees jersey, in that they are jagged on the edges of the pinstripes. The jersey that I received does not have jagged, but rather straight lined pinstripes and the NY on the front left chest appears to be a flat iron on type of lettering. The website states "•Authentic Material Lettering With Stitching Bordering Letters And Numbers!"; however, this is not what I received. [redacted] offered me 10% back on this item and then 15% back by the end of our call; however, I'm not satisfied with that, as that wouldn't even cover the fee to have a name & number put on the back of the jersey ($10). Total cost for this jersey was $48.95 + $10.00 for lettering on back = $58.95. I feel cheated that what they are showing on their website is not actually what they are selling and delivering. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have ordered this product from Hello,Sports Fans.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $58.95 for the jersey, as I'm not satisfied with it. It is not the jersey that is being advertised on their website, and that's the one I placed the order for. I am willing to accept a refund of $48.95, which is the cost of the jersey, less the $10 lettering fee for the back of the jersey.
