152 faxes and received 4 faxes from Jan through June of 2015. We do offer a free 30 day trial, with full access, but Mr. [redacted]'s usage surpassed [redacted] 30 day trial. Furthermore, I am including here in the attachments a communication that took place with Mr. [redacted].
On April 7th, Mr. [redacted] reached out to us to work out payments when his current credit card on file was expiring (please see attachment). He then updated his account with a new credit card, on his own to retain his services with us- we do not have the ability to update credit cards on our end.
On September 24th Mr. [redacted] did reach out, and was very abusive to our agents. This was the first time that he requested a cancellation. We did cancel his account at this time.

Here is the screen shot of my bank statement. They need to also deactivate my credit card from their database. They are fraudulently placing my info on other accounts/arbitrarily debiting card.

You were charged $9.99 on 9/23 and 10/23 for the account associated with email address [redacted]@outlook.com. You had 2 outbound transactions on August 25th to fax numbers XXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXX on this account. All charges associated with email address [redacted]@outlook.com will be refunded. Total refund of $19.98. This refund will take 2-7 business days
At this time Mr. [redacted], I would like to ask you to do an inventory of any other email addresses that you may have used to register for our service. All accounts are associated with email addresses and in the event that you have your credit card attached to any other accounts we would like to cancel for you now. Also, as HelloFax/HelloSign will always require a credit card, I urge you to find a service that may better suit your needs. We are not a long term solution for individuals looking for a free faxing service.

I have sent the statement and you can visually see what u owe me. 20 dollars isn't even close to the amount that need to be credited to credit card. Business response is not accepted
