complaint.  I timely advised [redacted] that based on such review, with all due respect to her claims, the company was unable to confirm or corroborate her account of the purported incident, including with respect to her description of the 2 bouncers.  In her complaint, she claimed that a bouncer by the name of [redacted] accepted her $200 to enter, and that a bouncer with red hair and a red beard escorted them out of the establishment.  The company  does not, and did not at that time, employ a bouncer with such name or fitting such physical description.  As such, I further advised her that the matter has been closed, but that the company values all of its existing and potential patrons and hoped that she would consider visiting during a future trip to Arizona. In response, [redacted] revised her description of the alleged bouncers, stating that the bouncer at the door was a bald Caucasian male with a small beard in his later 30s-40s, and that the other escorting bouncer was a bald Caucasian male with a red beard  in his later 20s-30s.  I adviser her that these descriptions still did not fit any of the bouncers then or currently employed by the company.[redacted] then suggested that she should have been offered a reimbursement of her alleged $200 entry fee.  Although her claims were not supported, as a gesture of good faith (without admitting any liability and reserving all rights), the company offered to pay $200 to her upon her simply signing a standard waiver of claims form.  She refused such offer and ceased any further communications.
