Helm property management did not do what they were supposed to do. Instead they asking us to leave our job during a day and show them damage second time. We did not get any apology or plan to how it will be resolved. Very poor customer service if such exist.
We did not go in intrude in their lives they did in ours and they don't want to resolve it by saying we have to show them damage again and only in their business hours. We have to work to pay their fees and can't leave job during day time.
