Hello, I am floored at the lack of customer service in this businessI purchased the helmet as they are a local company about a hour drive away and according to their helmet fit policyFirst, they drop shipped the item so it was not sent from NYWhat is the point of purchasing local then? Second, when the helmet arrived and did not fit properly, instead of exchanging it as their policy they told me to purchase a bigger linerI was shockedI opened a claim in *** and asked to return the item for a full refundThey sent me a return label however it was to a different address than in the *** caseBecause of this *** did not refund me and they kept my moneyThey then did not contact me for a week while I messaged them everydayFinally, they reshipped my item in the correct sizeI am very disappointed in this company and would like to give them an F rating
