I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I'm not satisfied with that response. In NJ, with work related injuries, physical therapy is normally offered. But they evaluated my injury and didn't offer me that. The doctor and the staff at [redacted] didn't want to offer me physical therapy because the insurance company didn't offer that. They staff at [redacted] stated that it was up to the insurance comoany who refused to offer me Physical Therapy. Upin further inquiry, it was revealed that they're not really [redacted] Mutual, the insurance company that [redacted] hired, but a third party attorney firm.

Revdex.com spoke to Karen at business and the following was relayed: The individual originally was treated for a thumb injury and released in January. The individual was directed again and was examined and released on the 30th. She then requested a settlement. After speaking with [redacted] we were informed...

that she was there for her left wrist, not the thumb and that the wrist pain was not connected to the thumb injury. The wrist injury has been denied as it was treated with own primary.
