I have been a customer of this autoshop for years or soDuring this time I have taken my cars for various repairsThe work has always been excellent and the car has looked as good as it possibly could after the work was doneThe owner is very professional and provides good service at reasonable rates
After using this service center and the incompetent technicians, you can rest assure I WILL NOT BE BACK. My driver leaves the repair center with a hydraulic Bottle jack, a 4x4 board, 2x4 board still in the truck located between the cab and the sleeper. This was discovered at the next repair center that we stopped at 140 miles away. They forgot to retighten the rear motor mount bolts therefore destroying the rear motor mounts. They forgot to retighten the Carrier bearing bolts holding the drive shaft in place. The Dive shaft completely fell out of the Truck. After discovering these issues and contacting Crows they said this was nothing that they had done and actually had the repair center I was at ship their bottle jack back to them. I have pics of this whole event. The unit was in for an XY shifter replacement and XY shifter harness which is located almost on top of the transmission. Therefore requiring the cab be jacked up, the drive shaft removed, and the transmission actually turned to replace said parts. This business used to be well staffed with competent technicians. That is no longer the case here. Again I WIL NOT BE BACK.
