Review: On may 23 I purchase a car ([redacted] vue) from help n hands with the help from a finance company [redacted] financials. I had the car a day or two before I was pressured into making the deal I told the finance company I wasnt sure if I was going to keep the car because I was already having problems with it . shortly after the dealership calls me and I explain to him the problems im experiencing and he tells me that he will fix whatever it is that is wrong with the car just to drop the car off to him and he will takes it to the shop and says he he will have the transmission. looked at and also the transmission filter changed and the transmission fluids drained shortly after me dropping the car off to him he calls me and tells me the shop says nothing is wrong with the car, But he will put a free 6 month warranty on my car incase something is wrong wtwith the transmission.so I pick the car up from a shop where he was going to have the ac serviced at, from there on out I have been experiencing the same exact problems with this vehicle I took the car to several shops and they all have told me its the transmission and I have explained that to leroy prior to him taking the car to the shop I have two recorded phone calls with leroy (help n hands) also now hes refusing to put the warranty into affect and fix my car it has completely stop working on me now. This is an inconvenients to me I have to jobs numerous job sites and I rushed and brought the lemon thinking he would really fix the car if I had any problems with it .Desired Settlement: I would like for the var to be fixed or my money back and they can pick up the car without it going on my credit.

Please note the customer was never given a warranty. she could've purchased one of her choice. I did give her a 30 day 50/50 which is 30 days or 1000 mile. I am rejecting this response because:I have been getting the runaround with this car since I've gotten it , To get it fixed. I do have a copy of the warranty that Help n hands gave me which is dated August 8, 2015 . I've contacted Lobel financial is to surrender the car and they told me that the car is not worth picking up because the transmission is no good. All I want is for this to be taken off my credit and to be reimbursed my down payment.sincerely, [redacted]

Have present copy of warranty, which I’m unaware of. Please forward copy of warranty to my business.The consumer has no warranty in force reason being; Ms. [redacted] refuse to pay to have warranty activated. This taken place on or after August 8, 2015. She can still purchase the warranty. $200.00 dollars to activate. I’m not willing to reimburse her for the down payment or any thing related to said vehicle. The vehicle was purchased as is. This is the last time I’m going to address this matter.Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as he reimburse my down payment I will not be purchasing a warranty, for the car he gave me a free 6 month warranty which he never put into affect. Like I have stated before I have several recorded phone calls from Leroy but if he is willing to give me my down payment back we can settle, Thanks Have A Great Day [redacted] .
