On 7/30/Mr [redacted] contacted HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric because his main drain was backing up HELP scheduled and dispatched a fully trained and certified drain specialist to his home Our drain cleaner did restore flow to the main drain for $97, but indicated that he was finding roots in the line and that a camera would be advisable to determine the extent of the root problem At that point, a Senior Plumbing Specialist was scheduled to return in order to perform the camera service During the camera inspection it was confirmed that Mr [redacted] did have a separation in his main drain pipe and that is where the roots were entering Our senior Plumbing Specialist then presented Mr [redacted] with a permanent solution to his problem HELP is able to offer a trenchless technology solution for homes that have not had a complete failure of their Main Drain Line This solution was offered because MrKramer’s line, though beginning to fail and separate, would still be able to be performed This solution would be able to be completed without having to dig up the yard, remove the tree that is causing the root issues and destroy the landscaping I do value Mr [redacted] feedback in this matter and recognize that there likely are other temporary solutions to the problem However, HELP feels strongly that the solution offered to Mr [redacted] is truly in his best interest and would offer a permanent solution to an issue that will likely reoccur more frequently over time

Mrs [redacted] contacted HELP to provide plumbing services on 4/4/HELP sent a plumbing specialist out, completed a thorough diagnostic, and presented the client with up front, written prices for the repairsThe repairs were signed off on and completedMrs [redacted] also signed up for our HELP Club Membership, which gave the her a substantial discount HELP stands behind the work we performWhen Mrs [redacted] called in and stated that the leak had returned, we went back out at no charge and repaired the issue As a courtesy, HELP has cancelled the membership early and will issue a refund to Mrs [redacted] in the amount of $

HELP stands behind the work we perform. When Mrs. [redacted] called in and stated that the leak had returned, we went back out at no charge and repaired the issue.

I expected nothing less than the response I received from this company. The long lists  of complaints against this company for exactly the same type of behavior should serve as evidence that there is an issue that this company not only refuses to address, but in all likelihood encourages. I never expected to receive a refund, so I'm not disappointed.  I'm happy to add my name to growing list of unhappy customers that have had the extreme displeasure of dealing with these crooks. I'm hoping the Ohio Attorney General will step up and either shut these crooks down, or force them to change their business practices.
