Help U Move

These guys are a joke. Left us hanging when we needed them most, flaked out and just drove off because they didn't WANT to work. Unbelievable.

Review: I hired Help U Move to assist me with moving from one 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhouse. The move totaled a distance of only 5 miles. The movers took 8.5 hours to move my belongings. They behaved in a very unprofessional manner asking me personal questions, making innuendos, and in general moving very slowly. They stopped to chat amongst themselves repeatedly. They answered cell phones throughout the day. A similar agency in my area helped my sister move earlier this summer into a 2 bedroom apartment in only 2.5 hours. I have attempted since the move to contact the company to register a complaint. I have 4 phone numbers for this agency. None will connect to an actual person. One now connects to a soccer academy. 2 numbers state that the call cannot be completed. The fourth goes straight to a voicemail. I have attempted also to register a complaint on the website for the company and have not received any kind of response.Desired Settlement: I would like at least a partial refund. I was charged almost $1300 for this move.
