Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/06/30) */ Sorry for the delay, our client satisfaction is most important us and we strive to go above and beyond to help our clientsI really don't understand why Ms[redacted] is wanting a refund because we have provided quiet a bit homes that meet her criteria, and she even stated she was about to sign a lease on 6/10/on a property that she found with our service, and that she was under the impression that all landlords may reimburse the fee back to her, I then explained to her that not all landlords will reimburse her and if they do it will be clearly stated under the note portion on the property listingShe seemed fine with that when we hung upThen to my surprise she filed a complaintMs [redacted] is still using our service by calling our hour customer service daily even after requesting her money backI strong believe that we are holding up our end by providing and still providing her with properties daily that fit her search criteria

I read the response by Help-U-Rent and I totally disagree with what they said. Brandy from Help-U-Rent last messaged me on 7/21/2016 at 11:58 AM when she responded to my email after I thanked her for getting some of my money back. I sent Help-U-Rent another message on 8/20/2016 at 6:34 AM and asked have they heard from corporate office about the rest of my money (No Response from Help-U-Rent). I emailed them again on 8/27/2016 at 7:43 AM wanting someone from their office to get in touch with me about the rest of my money (No Response from Help-U-Rent again). On 8/28/2016 at 4:24 AM I had enough and I stated in last email if no one from their office did not get in touch with me that I was going to take legal action against them (No Response from Help-U-Rent AGAIN!!!). I contacted Revdex.com on 8/29/2016 about this matter. Help-U-Rent says they have the rest of my money and to get in touch with them, I will contact their office right after I submit this response. Help-U-Rent also stated they tried to reach out to me, I work third shift and check my phone for messages and I did not receive one message from their office. I can and will forward all my email messages to prove that I reached out to Help-U-Rent because an attorney told me to always keep a time line of all my emails, plus keep a record of the people I spoke with (dates and times).

that time because of the specific area that was requested, and the 2 times that the client called there was an email sent out every time to the email on file, if the client does not tell us that they are not happy or not getting the updates then we don't know. I understand that you did not have any new properties for rent, however, I never received the last email after speaking to the lady who said it would be sent within 5 min. I would like to be able to pick up my check in person from the Help-U-Rent office because I will be out of this house by the time it is sent and I do not have a new address at the moment.
