Review: Unresolved fradulent tax situationDesired Settlement: I would like the Internal Revenue service to correct my 2008 tax return that was fradulent done and I submitted all information that they requested of me back April 2012. I still haven't heard from them about redoing this return after I've ammended 2008 return and submitted that April 2012. Yet they have taken all my returns each year to follow.

Review: February 19, 2015 I, [redacted] was called and threatened after giving my social security number to an alleged IRS employee. Some woman called me on my cellular number, informing that there could be some problems with my tax information, she also mention that the IRS was auditing me. She then hung up the phone on me after repeating, "[redacted]" because I told her that I wasn't sure what she may have been trying to say to me. The background was a bit loud as well as her tone of voice on the other end of the phone. I called back a few times trying to see if I could get in touch with a supervisor, but this same woman answered the phone and told me that she was the supervisor and not to call this number again because she would ruin my life. She went on saying that I am being watched after she cursed me calling me a [redacted] and also saying [redacted]. She then asked me after she hung up and I called back again, "you must like me to curse you because you keep calling". Another number called me and left a message, sounding like the same person starting talking on my voice mail and ending the message with, "[redacted]". I waited a few hours called all the numbers back, trying to get in touch with a supervisor and this guy answer and tells me, "[redacted]". This guy said his name was [redacted] and the woman reported her name to be [redacted]. The numbers that called me was ,###-###-####,###-###-####. I returned the call (###-###-####), after hearing my voice message at around 11:40am. I'm not sure if it was the IRS but that is what was said to me when this number called and left a message. I also have a message from the [redacted] number on my voice mail calling me a [redacted]. I am very concerned that someone is trying to steal my identity and use my name with the just the information that I gave over the phone today.Desired Settlement: First, I would like to know what was my social security number needed for if this is clearly not the IRS. The disrespect is definitely intolerable and unacceptable for business. Secondly, these individuals should be terminated and/or dealt with especially because they decided to interrupt my day with the rude words. I am hoping that something can be done to these group of people and my information can stay confidential.
