Myself and my significant other joined this program. I thought the pricing was a bit high, but we decided to try it. I can honestly say they worked with me on making payment arrangements. The program itself DID as it stated of course we followed the plan (eating, probiotics, supplements which are not cheap and weekly check-ins) to the letter and we both were off are Diabetic meds and some meds although not completely off the dosage was significantly reduced by our primary physicians. We both lost a significant amount of weight (with little exercise, which is recommended by the program. The staff (HYD Ft. Worth) was awesome, they answered all questions, checked in to see how we were doing and very professional. I can say even though the price was high I was glad to have participated I would have never done it on my own and with so much information it is hard to gather it and know what is best and what really is not..and the meal plans with recipes were a great addition, I feel instead of just telling you or suggesting what to eat the guided you and the meals were pretty good (lots of initial spices to buy also high) but in honesty I was paying more in prescriptions and just assuming what was a good eating plan. Although we have swayed a bit from the program we still continue to eat and prepare the meals. In overall it did provide the results it stated. And we referred a few family members and friends and they also had great results. I can say even if you don't get completely off your meds or lose a significant amount of weight, remember your probably better off than you were. Please don't expect this program or any other, fool you to think you will be cured or that it is 100% because it is what you put into it and no contract or program can assure you will do your part! So I say think before you join and I hope HYD can lower their prices for people who can't afford the program I honestly think it is a great program and many Diabetics could benefit from it !

PS I would have done 5 star but cost was the reason

Thanks for the kind words Patricia and great job sticking with it. The investment for our program is what it is so that we can provide all the 7 days a week, unlimited support with our support doctor, to ensure you get the coaching and support you need to get the results you want. With this type of program and most things, you get what you pay for. If someone has a brain tumor, they don't look for the least expensive surgeon to take it out and save their life, they look for the surgeon with the most experience and best track record and price isn't the biggest concern. It's the same with us. We have the most experience and best track record with reversing Type 2 Diabetes, as you've seen and we need to charge a fee that allows us to give patients the first class care they expect. Keep up the good work.

This, what is turning out to be, unscrupulous vendor provided a seemingly snake oil treatment to help reduce or eliminate diabetes, and promised me that if within the prescribed period I was not weaned off my medication they would refund the cost of the treatment, and add an additional $500.00. Although my sugar levels did come down somewhat I was not able to get off my medication by the end of the prescribed period, but when I asked for the refund they refused because they said I had not submitted my food reports exactly as they had asked. I believe this was just a subterfuge to avoid giving the refund. I offered to negotiate with them, and even provide the sales receipts of all the foods they had me buy, as well as corroborating testimony by my family, even to do the program over, but they adamantly refused and left me with the sad conclusion that all they were after was my money not matter what, and they never had the intention to refund anything, or even entertain my complaint to reach an amicable resolution.

signed a legally binding agreement that stated clearly what was required to qualify for a refund.... and one of those requirements was to send in a daily food log once a week. He didn't do this, therefore he doesn't qualify for a refund. It's that simple. He initialed and signed the agreement and knows what he was required to do. Saying we are doing anything wrong here is a flat out lie. The only way we can prove someone is following our guidelines is to have them check in weekly with us and send in daily food logs once a week, otherwise people who never follow our program could claim they did and we couldn't refute it. When we offer a guarantee like we do for a lifestyle change program, it's very easy for us to get taken advantage of, because we don't live with our clients and therefore we have no idea whether they are following our program or not.... so the only way we can ensure that as much as possible is to require a weekly check in and daily food log once a week. He didn't send in the food logs, but he's telling us he has proof he followed the program as directed... yet with no food logs, we can't verify that and he knows it. As a compromise, we will agree to let him do our 2 month program at no cost to him, with the agreement that if he's not off his meds after this 2 month program is done, he will not ask for a refund, nor will he post any negative comments about us anywhere.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The response by HYD/Dr *** is unacceptable because it is disingenuous at best, and fraudulent at worst. Dr. *** lies when he states that there were no food logs. In fact there were, and I submitted them to HYD, and to the Revdex.com in *** which is where I contracted to receive this treatment. To accept his offer to redo the program with the same result at the end and then not get the promised refund is akin to saying heads I win tails you lose, and it shows Dr *** does not believe in his own product, and is not willing to live by his promise to refund. The clause about submitting the reports weekly rather than all at once could only by found in the initial receipt, but nowhere else in the program guidelines, and and I already admitted that it was a mistake on my part because I neglected to go back to that initial contract until the end of the program and I had forgotten all about that and no efforts were done whatsoever to remind me even though the program was monitored by a Dr *** on a weekly basis. To deny the refund due to a mistake when all other requirements were met, and a willingness to provide signed affidavits by my wife and family to show that I indeed followed the program shows that Dr *** is not interested in honoring his promise but to employ every possible subterfuge to avoid issuing a refund. It is no wonder that seemingly everywhere this company operates it holds an FFF rating from the Revdex.com. I am willing to redo the program and if I still did not get off the meds then the refund would still be offered, or I would accept a partial refund now and end this charade. If a reasonable partial refund is offered, and accepted, I will cease all current and pending action against HYD.

Help Your Diabetes Response • Apr 06, 2020

I signed affidavit doesn't prove he followed the program as directed and is a neat little trick to try and prove otherwise. Only a polygraph would show that. We provided the agreed upon services to ***. We even agreed to provide $4,000 worth of additional services to him at our cost because we do want to help him, yet he has rejected that offer, so it is now withdrawn, as we have no legal obligation to provide it. Claiming the requirements to qualify for a refund are only on one document is asinine. It is on the legal agreement he initialed and signed, which is where it's supposed to be and the requirements are crystal clear. I've attached the agreement he signed which shows what he needed to do and he didn't. We give out refunds to patients who follow these requirements and are not off their meds. When offering a guarantee like we do, it's very easy to get taken advantage of and ripped off by patients who lie and say they followed the program, when they didn't. To ensure we don't get scammed by patients, all we ask is that the patient follow the clearly explained requirements, which *** admitted he didn't do. Case closed. Saying "oops" or "I made a mistake" doesn't change the facts. He didn't do what was required to get a refund, so no refund is due. If he continues to post or say or write negative things about us with the intent to harm our reputation, when we did nothing wrong, then our attorney will file a suit against him for slander, as we won't allow people to attempt to rip us off and slander us at the same time.

I am rejecting this response because: The merchant continues to be disingenuous. He is also implying that all of us, myself, my wife, and family, are all dishonest Rest assured we would all be more than happy to undergo a polygraph, and also as previously mentioned, I would also be happy to provide the receipts of all the alternative foods that I purchased to follow the plan as required. I'll put up my reputation against this outfit any time and the implication that me or my family would not tell the truth is truly libelous and subject to additional litigation, but they have tried to protect themselves from the many disgruntled customers they probably have by requiring arbitration. If he is willing to sue me for libel then let him drop the requirement for arbitration, and let an impartial court of law hear the case from both sides. I am still hopeful, and willing to compromise by redoing the program and if at then end I am not off my meds get the refund, or accept a partial refund. If not I will continue to pursue justice until the end of time, if that what it takes.

Help your Diabetes guarantees that they will get a *** diabetic into remission, and off of all their Meds in months. If the plan doesn't work they will give you all of your money back plus $500.
the plan didn't work for us. it turns out my son is a *** diabetic, 10% to 15% of all *** diabetics Have ***) and may be misdiagnosed and treated as ***. My son is among the 10% to 15%. We did not get off of any Meds, and did not get into remission. HYD refuses to give us a refund - we did not know about ***, and were not told it was a possibility. Their team apparently are not Medical Doctors contrary to the implications in their introduction video, but they still should know that not all *** clients are diagnosed correctly. That shouldn't be our fault

This is the email I sent to *** father this morning.... no response yet.

Thank you for *** labs showing that he is *** now due to his *** test. This
is also the first time you've mentioned he is Special ED. I highly
suggest you set it up so you have Power of Attorney over his medical
decisions, since you made it clear he has issues with reading and
thought processes and needs an advocate. If this is truly the case, he
shouldn't be making any healthcare decisions on his own. As
stated, we did nothing wrong here. We base our recommendations off of
the diagnose our patients tell us they received from their primary
physicians and we were told by *** that he was a ***. It's up to
his primary to determine whether he is ***, or has ***. If
*** previous physician didn't run a *** or insulin antibody
test, then they didn't know if *** was *** or *, even though they
said he was ***. If they did run these tests initially, and they
were negative, and now they are positive, then that would prove he has
***. If they weren't run before, then it's more likely *** was *** from the beginning, but just misdiagnosed. So his current physician
can't say with certainty that *** has *** unless the initial tests
showed negative on *** and insulin antibodies. There are only
options.... he has *** or he was *** from the beginning and was
misdiagnosed. I'm telling you this so you have all the facts. So, did
*** have a *** test or insulin antibody test done by his
initial primary doctor? I'm just curious. Having
said all that, I'm open to a partial refund, but not full because we
provided almost all the service we agreed to provide *** and we
relied on his initial physicians diagnose that he was a *** and we
acted accordingly. It was only after we suggested that *** be tested
for *** that you even found out that he actually is a *** or has
***. I'll await your reply on what you think is a fair amount for a refund, now that you have all the facts.

My success has been attributed to the diet plans, as a reminder to watch my carbs and sugars. My A1C has lowered from 6.9 to 6.1. However, the consultation with the doctor by email or phone showed little concern for my well being, other than my sugar levels. I struggled with the first month as it is a very arduous program. I was constantly hungry and very irritable. Although my primary care doctor is hopeful that I may be off insulin, it is only on a clinical trial basis for now. I am finding my sugar levels to be too high in the evenings and am still relying on insulin to bring it down. I will continue to try and follow the program, with the hope of being insulin free, but I am not there yet. The doctor in the program could be more client-needs centered, and be aware of the individual struggles of each patient, rather than simply referring all the questions to my primary care doctor. The cost does not appear to be proportionate to the service I received. I am not happy paying on this debt for several more years when I have not achieved the desired goal. I am not convinced that I have achieved the goal of reversing my diabetes.

I saw an advertisement on Face Book for a clinic to help with controlling Diabetes. I contacted them and made an appointment for 11/13/2019. The establishment has you watch a lengthy video about the dangers of Diabetes and its affects. VEry graphic and detailed. Once I was done I met with someone to explain the program and they tested my A1C. They went over the length of the program and lastly provided the cost and ways to finance payment. They collected a $500.00 payment towards the cost of the program over $7k in total. They told me that the program only offers refund after two months and only if the client isn't able to get off of diabetic medication. I am not on diabetic medication right now and they said that the refund policy doesn't apply to me. They had nothing in writing to address clients not on medication. I was supposed to receive a call from their physician that evening and didn't. I received a call the following evening, but I missed the call. I called back and they didn't answer. I then received a call back and I answered. The physician who is to be my support to guide me on the program said he provided the details on my voicemail. I explained to him that my voicemail didn't work and would he provide me the information. He spent more time asking me about my email storage. The call took about 5 minutes in total. He chastized me about my A1C results and just really didn't seem to the quality of a program that costs $7k. I had a bad feeling about the call, the program and just the overall service. So I texted HYD and told them I was dissappointed in the cal and that I wanted to cancel and get my $500 backl
He told me per the document that I signed that I understood therewouldn't be a refund. . Icommunicated mostly via email with *** at the HYD office. He assured me that the program is worth it. That I can listen to weekly calls and information etc. I told him that I would prefer to change to a different doctor if I stayed with the program. He explained via email that they didn't have another doctor. He was the only one. I told *** after a few days of thinking about it that I wante to cancel being in the program, that I didn't want any other deductions from my HSA card and that I wanted to cancel. I still wanted a refund of my $500, but now the first payment from the finance company for an additional $280 was deducted on 12/2/2019. They are making it seem like I have no recourse to cancel this program. I received a box from them of I don't know what and I haven't opened it. They gave me a box on day one will cleansing pills and a coaster and I have used it. I want to cancel right away, because if I continue with the program and it is what my gut tells me that they won't offer quality services then I won't have recourse because I would have already started the program. I am a single person and only have my income. The cost of their program is not disclosed until the very end. They offer financing options right away and I just really thought they would offer superior services. d

As with all our clients, she signed an agreement that stated all sales are final, there will be no refunds and she will not attempt to cancel any finance agreements. She initialed and signed this agreement, therefore no refund is legally due. We provided proprietary patent pending information that she already has. We will continue to provide the services we agreed to provide, but she needs to follow the recommendations if she expects results. If she is confused about our simple one page agreement, she should seek advice from an attorney. The agreement is simple and clear and she willingly signed and initialed it.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

- This company operates on emotion and shock value. I was shown a video and at the end it showed someone having a surgical procedure and their toes were cut off. All of them.

- HYD has a 30 day guarantee that if a client is on medication they will eventually reverse their diabetes and not take medication anymore, but it takes longer than 30 days to get to that point if possible. So the guarantee wouldn't be attainable.

- HYD doesn't have in their documentation anything for someone who isn't on medication, so we are left with no recourse like myself.

- In the complaint response they are forcing me to continue with the program, at this point I do not have the confidence to continue with them. As a consumer I have no recourse? Since when are we forced to continue with a program? Doesn't it seem suspicious that they don't have any type of cancellation policy? I am being charged for services I haven't utilized and products I haven't used. What does it say about this company that they don't offer any guarantees for clients that are not on medication, that want to cancel, or have a dispute. This tells you that this company is not reputable and I am sure I won't be the only person disputing them.

- The proprietary materials I was given and sent have not been used. I haven't even opened the box and don't know what it contains. I didn't use their coaster either.

- I sent the below email to HYD that I didn't want to be in the program and I didn't authorize any more charges to my card. They did it anyway. I want a refund.

Monday, November 25, 2019 4:10 p.m.

***,
I called on Friday 11/22 hoping to catch you. I will not start the program. For the 7k expense of this program I expected more for my money. I asked to be reassigned to another doctor for support and you said he is the only one. I don’t have the confidence to start your program and then be dissatisfied again and have no recourse. I do want $500 payment refunded since I technically haven’t started but I will leave it to my attorney to look into that. Don not continue to charge my HSA card. I do not allow it. Your confirmation of my email is appreciated. Thank you.

Regards

She willingly signed a legal agreement, which states no refunds, she can't cancel or stop any financial agreements she signed. I advise her to send the agreements she signed to her legal counsel so they can explain the legal document she signed.

I am rejecting this response because: I am seeking legal counsel and *** at HYD conviently excluded that information. The more I review this company and their business practices the untrustworthy they become. Reputable companies do not lock clients in a contract if they reputable because their services stand for the quality and honest business practices. I dispute this and want a refund and out their contract.

I responded to a *** radio ad for Help Your Diabetes. My recollection of the guarantee in the ad was: Help Your Diabetes (HYD) guarantees to clinically reverse your diabetes and get you off all your diabetes medications or we will give you a full refund plus $500. I attended a sales presentation at *** on 4/5/19 and I paid $5945 by credit card for a 4 month program that I began on 4/7/19.
The HYD program is a supervised diet that avoids foods that break down to glucose when digested. I provided daily readings of my blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight along with a summary of the type of food I ate each day. Initially my blood sugar readings decreased and I slowly quit taking 20 mg/day of Glipizide by 6/24/19 (week 11). However, I was still taking 2000mg/day of Metformin and my blood sugar readings were averaging 120-140. There was no further blood sugar decrease below 100 that would allow me to quit taking the Metformin.
HYD sent me a Final Evaluation email on 8/24/19 (week 20) at the end of my 4 month program. I responded to the notice by asking how to apply for a refund during a telephone call. I was told to send lab test results to HYD. I responded with an email, "I'm scheduled for my quarterly lab work on 9/28, and I'll get the results when I see my PCP on 10/3."
I sent this email to HYD on 10/4/19:
"Per your request, I'm forwarding copies of my recent lab work and my PCP's prescription for Metformin. I have also included printouts of my readings and menus since you told me to discontinue sending them in on 8/30/19.
My recent lab report shows an A1c of 6.2. My blood sugar readings have ranged between 120 to 148, and I have not been able to discontinue my daily 2000mg of Metformin. My PCP told me to resume taking 5mg of Glipizide to try to get my readings down to 120.
Initially the HYD diet progressed well, but after the 12th week I did not see any lower readings. The 4 month program has ended, and I'm still taking diabetes drugs. It is time to exercise the HYD guarantee of a full refund if I was still taking diabetes drugs at the end of the HYD program. When I requested a refund in August, you told me to send in my lab work, and now that you have my lab work, it is time to process a refund."

HYD has not responded to my request for a refund yet. I have continued to follow the diet, and I have not eaten bread, wheat, potatoes, rice, cereal, dairy, juices, caffeine or any food containing sugar in any form in the 30 weeks since I began the diet. However my blood sugar readings have remained between 120-140 and I resumed taking 5 mg/day of Glipizide along with 2000mg/day of Metformin in accordance with my PCP doctor's advice. I am requesting Revdex.com arbitration or assistance to get HYD to honor their guarantee.

Help Your Diabetes Response • Oct 25, 2019

To qualify for the guarantee, patients need to follow the program as directed and send in a daily food log every week. He did not send in a food log every week and on at least one occasion when he sent in a food log, it showed he ate things that had sugar, soy and other ingredients not approved on our plan. Because he didn't follow the program as directed and send in the food log weekly, he doesn't qualify for the guarantee or a refund.

I wanted to advise you of responses I have received from Dr. *** the *** of Help Your Diabetes. He has sent me two emails since I filed my complaint ID. I responded to both emails with a copy of my meal logs and a response to his later comments. (see the attachments)My counselor, Dr. ***, never asked for the meal logs. I started sending them in after I reviewed the paperwork I had received when I paid for the program. I began to suspect that failing to send in the meal logs would be a reason to abrogate the Help Your Diabetes refund guarantee. Dr. *** has not responded to my last response to his email. I suspect that he may respond to my Revdex.com complaint by making the same claims to Revdex.com: 1) no meal logs, & 2) no breakfasts. I answered both of his claims by supplying the meal logs and explaining my late night schedule. If any of these issues were that important I would have expected my counselor, Dr. ***, to advise me of a change I needed to make. Please consider my answers to his claims as you process my complaint. Thanks

I told this patient it doesn't matter what your schedule is (we have tons of patients that work graveyard, tons of truckers, etc.) and they still eat the amount of meals recommended.... they just do it at different times of the day than someone who works 9-5. Every recommended meal plan has breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, even if your breakfast starts at noon. Obviously, just eating 1 meal a day and 1 snack wouldn't be following the plan or healthy for him.... and skipping a ton of breakfasts and snacks is no different. It's also not our job to make it easy for him to get a refund for obvious reasons. He was clearly explained what he needed to do to qualify for a refund, initialed and signed the agreement explaining it and he didn't follow it, therefore no refund is due. That's the only fair way to do it.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

The Help Your Diabetes (HYD) program includes a counselor. My counselor, Dr. ***, received my daily morning readings of weight, blood sugar, and blood pressure and my meal log reports. If filling every box on the meal log was a requirement, it was never mentioned. Dr. *** did instruct me not to eat a fruit after 3PM, not more than one banana/day, and to always eat a protein along with a fruit snack. I was never advised to eat breakfast at noon or to eat every snack. {I have all the emails from Dr. *** if they need to be reviewed.}

I have attached two emails from Dr. ***, *** of HYD. His emails show that he has been searching for any gap or omission that can be used to avoid making good on the HYD guarantee. He is trying to place the burden of adhering to every nuance of the HYD diet plan solely on my shoulders while ignoring the responsibility of the counselor to make corrections to adhere to the diet plan.

Revdex.com can see that the HYD diet plan is very complex. There is a long list of forbidden and acceptable foods, along with nuances like not eating fruit after 3PM and not using artificial sweeteners. I do not recall anything in the agreement that I signed mentioning that I would eat every scheduled meal and snack every day.

If HYD does not intend to back their guarantee, then they should quit advertising the guarantee in their radio ads.

I went to an orientation for Help Your Diabetes. It was a 90 minute presentation. After the presentation. I was taken to an office where a high pressure sales person tried to get me to sign up for the program. He said it would be a 2 month program and it would cost me $4995. I told him I really needed to think about it but he kept hammering me on why I just needed to sign up. I then told him well I need to leave and go pick up my dog at the vet. He continued to pressure sales me and I guess I caved in. Not one time did this sales person mention if I signed something there would be no refund even if I changed my mind. I took a loan from a loan company got the loan company's information. He handed me a box of supplements and a diet program which he didn't even go over anything with me. I was in a hurry. When I picked up my dog I looked over the diet program and right away new the program that wasn't for me. I called the loan company and told them I did not want the loan and they said no problem we will cancel the loan and close the account. I called Help Your Diabetes the next day and told them I changed my mind it wasn't for me. The salesman ***was very rude and told me you can't change your mind. You don't and won't get a refund. I told him I would bring all the information and the supplements back. he said well that makes no difference. You signed and you need to do the program or don't do it. You still don't get a refund. I told him I had canceled the loan. He said well corporate will still charge you.I then called the loan company *** and to make sure they didn't pay them They said no we closed the account.I asked if they could send me a letter stating the account was closed. They said yes they would. I did receive the letter in a few days stating it had been closed. In a few weeks I received an invoice from *** for the amount of $4995. They had paid HYD the money. I was shocked. Why? How? Somehow they still got the loan company to pay them. The loan company realized a mistake was made and are trying to get my money refunded. But Help Your Diabetes the company who is suppose to be helping people thinks it is OK to take the $4995 even if you don't use their services. They are fighting the refund.

This patient signed legal agreements stating all sales are final and there are no refunds. Our staff explained everything to him and he still CHOSE to sign up. He was not pressured into anything. He initialed and signed the agreement. He was told about the no refund policy and he initialed and signed it. He left with our proprietary "secret sauce" information that has taken us over a decade to create and he could have easily copied all the information before returning it and there would be no way for us to know that. Signing up for the financing option he chose took a lot of time, so he had time to take 2 minutes to read the agreement he signed and initialed with us stating no refunds. Once the finance company was provided with the agreements he signed, they told him they can't cancel the contract. The 90 minute video explained in detail what is included in the program, including most foods to give up, so saying he wasn't aware of what is included in our program isn't true. We feel this patient is trying to rip us off and steal our information without paying for it. I already told him to contact his attorney and show the agreements he signed. He can also show the agreements to the state Attorney Generals office... and they will both agree the agreements are legal and binding. We do care about our patients and have been helping people reverse their diabetes for 28 years in 6 countries, however, we also don't allow patients to take advantage of us. Since there will be no refund, we suggest this patient contact us to get started on the program so he can reverse his diabetes, which he told us he wanted to do. We will provide all the services we agreed to provide.

I'm off of all my diabetic, heart, cholesterol, neuropathy, acid reflux and gout medications in 6 months after joining their program. My husband has been very supportive and helped me a lot. The support I got from the support doctor was very helpful and I loved the accountability. I'm 67 years old, but feel like I did in my 30's. I was skeptical at the beginning because I didn't think I'd be able to get off all my medications, but it happened. My doctor was very supportive and was very happy with the results I got. Now I just need to stick with the lifestyle changes to make the reversal permanent.

I've been a diabetic for over 15 years and I was taking 2,500 mg of Metformin, 40 units of Humolog, Cozar, Crestor and Omeprazole. My husband and I had a consultation and decided to join the HYD program. After only 5 months, my doctor has taken me off all of the above medications... all of them. My husband can't believe it, my children can't believe it and neither can I. I'm 72 years old and thought I'd have to be on these medications for the rest of my life. I feel incredible and blessed that I heard about HYD. I've already told 2 of my diabetic friends to join the program so they can get results like me. They let me be the guinea pig, but now they looking forward to doing the program too. Thank you HYD!!!!

Before starting the HYD program, I was on 55 units of Lantus per day, 2,000 mg of Metformin, Simvastatin, Lisinopril and Lyrica. After 4 months, my doctor has taken me off all of my medications and he is very happy with the results I got. He's never seen this before in over 20 years. He is contacting Dr. H to see how the program works. I feel great and my wife is also thrilled with the results I got.

on 09/11/2018 I went to Help your diabetes of *** at *** upon receiving a letter sent to me by Dr. ***. and Dr. ***. to attend a free one-hour video presentation. In the video, which lots of achievement and recognition including A+ Accredited rating by Revdex.com. At the end of the lecture it was if the program does not work "100% money back guarantee"., but it never said "no refund". Impressed by the assurance I walked in there office saying let me try for a month and paid the full amount $5945.00 in good faith (which was not necessary to join the program) They handed me a bottle to take and some papers to read as a guide into the program.. That day was my first-day lecture at Texas Southern University and I was running late The gentleman said" we are done just need your signatures in theses places". In good faith I signed the papers. I had two-hours break between two lectures. So I used this to the handout. I the food regimen they prescribed to strict and rigorous for me to follow. I immediately that I coming back to return. I could go on that day, After one day I went there and asked for the full refund of my money and handed over the bottle and the handouts The refused to take , but I still left on their table and I took a picture.. I thought my credit card will help, but they could not. I went small claims court, but the address of the *** address we got from internet *** was wrong and constable could not deliver it. This chiropractor had to cease "Natural Diabetes Programm" in Iowa by the order of attorney general of Iowa. because of he scammed two older Iowan of $4000-7000.00. He was also fine $500.00 for misleading advertisement. I request your reputed organization takes appropriate action so that I can get my money back and stop them from scam of innocent older parsons. I my case the contact never initiated. I never got any service..Product_Or_Service: help to fix my diabetes

Help Your Diabetes Response • Apr 17, 2019

This patient willingly signed a legal agreement stating all sales are final and there are no refunds unless he takes advantage of our guarantee, which he hasn't. His statements are false that he was rushed, etc. He read, signed everything and was given copies of all he signed. We have and will provide all the services we agreed to provide. He is trying to take advantage of us because he was given all our proprietary information and is now trying to breach the legal contract he signed. He needs to contact us and get back on track so he can get all the services he paid for.
