On August 6, 2020 I purchased a download of Microsoft Office 2019 for the sum of $39.97. I received instructions for the download, however they did not work. I emailed this merchant on the 6th and received no response. I emailed again on the 7th and was told to provide a phone number and someone would call immediately to assist. I have not received a phone call or email from this merchant. I have emailed several times asking for a refund and yet again, no response. I have since found an address and Googled said address to find that it is a UPS store front.
