I am writing in response to [redacted] rejecting my complaint again and your request to follstating simply the facts.I am attaching a letter from Georgia's Court which states that [redacted] is responsible for the agreed upon contract/lease that she signed. As far as [redacted] ’s rejection of my rebuttal, I will respond to her complaint with the fact that I have not been harassing [redacted] , I have not been in contact with [redacted] to harass her, and [redacted] did not tell me she would be leaving the property (not at any point and time) because again, I have not been in contact with [redacted] .These allegations are [redacted] 's attempt of using the Revdex.com to recover monies that she contractually agreed to pay after moving into a property prior to our agreement and then refusing to pay the deposit and agreed upon biweekly rentHer accusations have not been supported with any evidence but she continues to demand her money back, I have done everything I promised [redacted] I would do in assisting her in moving into the property and turning on the utilitiesI have honored all agreements, whether verbal or written between [redacted] and I.I hope this will be the end of this processThe Court has ruled in my favor, [redacted] has vacated the property and there is really nothing else she nor I can add.If you need anything further, please don't hesitate to askKind regards, Joaquin R***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This will be my last response to this, MrR*** is a liar and a thief And that is ok, because I left the premises before the court date...I stopped speaking with MrR*** because he began harassing my former employer, which is former because he contacted my boss and disclosed information that had nothing to do with the situationHe also contacted one of my references from my application MrR*** was very rude, threatening and disrespectful But none of this negates the fact that I had no working stove, the light switches were faulty and the home was inhabitable...I will no longer respond to the ignorance of MrR***, in fact, if MrR*** was in fact the owner of the property, he would have showed up in court Which he did not But again, I am done with himAnd the paperwork does not have him anywhere on it
Regards,

I am writing in response to [redacted] rejecting my complaint again and your request to follow-up stating simply the facts.I am attaching a letter from Georgia's Court which states that [redacted] is responsible for the agreed upon contract/lease that she signed. As far as [redacted]’s rejection of my rebuttal, I will respond to her complaint with the fact that I have not been harassing [redacted], I have not been in contact with [redacted] to harass her, and [redacted] did not tell me she would be leaving the property (not at any point and time) because again, I have not been in contact with [redacted].These allegations are [redacted]'s attempt of using the Revdex.com to recover monies that she contractually agreed to pay after moving into a property prior to our agreement and then refusing to pay the deposit and agreed upon biweekly rent. Her accusations have not been supported with any evidence but she continues to demand her money back, I have done everything I promised [redacted] I would do in assisting her in moving into the property and turning on the utilities. I have honored all agreements, whether verbal or written between [redacted] and I.I hope this will be the end of this process. The Court has ruled in my favor, [redacted] has vacated the property and there is really nothing else she nor I can add.If you need anything further, please don't hesitate to ask. February 6, 2016To whom it May Concern: On January 3,2016 [redacted] was shown [redacted] Lithonia, Ga. [redacted] townhouse for a viewing by Ronald H[redacted]. An application was filed and then it was processed. On January 27, 2016A deposit of 200.00 was given for a down payment and...

another deposit was made for 375.00 on February 8, 2016. The lease was drawn up on January 23, 2016 so she could get all her utilities activated before a move in date February 23,2016.[redacted] had contacted me and explained an inspection had to be made by [redacted]. [redacted] offered to be at the house for the inspection and she paid 120.00 which was toward the first month rent and 1 month deposit. The rent was 750.00 and 750.00 for deposit total $1,500.00. She paid two deposits totaling $575.00 plus a $120.00 deposit for inspection and that made her total deposit $695.00. She still has a current balance due of $805.00.I made the biggest mistake to open the door for this untrustworthy person. trusted **. [redacted] with the house key as she offered to be present for the inspection. This was prior to her paying the outstanding balance that she assured me she would pay. [redacted] took the key, moved into the property, and then contacted the Water Dept. AFTER illegally moving into the property prior to the date listed on the lease. So I still processed the application for the water with her telling me consistently that she would make the deposit for the money owed on the balance. 1 finally realized that she was scamming me because she began to tell me that she did not feel comfortable with paying the outstanding balance because I am not the owner. She signed a lease with both the owners name and the name of my business (Helpful Management Services). I am the Management Company renting the property.I processed paperwork to have [redacted] evicted from the property. processed the paperwork through the court in Decatur, GA on March 3, 2016. Per our contractual agreement (her lease that she signed and then claimed fraud after she moved in to the property before the lease agreement date and after making endless promises to pay her outstanding balance) she also neglected to pay the rent on the bimonthly basis that she agreed to (due February 26, 2016). So as of today, she still has not paid the initial down payment, her first biweekly installment of rent, and she continues to claim fraud although assisted her in getting the water turned on.I made a serious mistake by giving her the key prior to final payment on the pretense that she would handle the inspection. She offered to be present for the inspection because she had a hidden agenda. I tried to have good business ethnics for my customers in trust and having good thoughts but this is a long and far reality for many people unfortunately.I feel like she has filed this claim because she wants to portray herself as a victim dragging in the Revdex.com to leave a paper trail for what's to come.Thank YouJoaquin R
