100% MOVING NIGHTMARE!!!! What a complete nightmare hiring 1ST Integrity Movers. On Thursday July 3rd, I told a friend of mine that I needed some movers as soon as possible at a reasonable price. She gave me the contact information to 1st Integrity Movers because they moved her aunt the week before. She mentioned that she found this company on Living Social. My friend 1st called the owner, Robin and then conferenced me in to speak to her myself. I told the owner that I have a 3 bedroom home that needs to be moved. Everything is pretty much packed in boxes and moved into the garage except for the washer, dryer, treadmill and refrigerator. The owner gave me one price of $245 for the first THREE HOURS + $83.00 an hour after that. The owner then asked if she could call me back. At this time my friend was not on the phone. When the owner called me back, she gave me a different price from what she gave me when my friend was on the phone. I told the owner that I was on a budget. The owner agreed to charge me $245 for the first FOUR HOURS +$84.00 an hour after that. The owner also agreed to include shrink wrap, and dropping off a few items to my new place with no charge. They would arrive to my house between 8am and 9am Sunday, July 6th. I felt that 4 hours is more than enough time to load up an already packed up house and unload it with in 4 hours. I was confident that it would not exceed 4 hours. At the time I was pleased with the agreement.
On Sunday July 6th, the movers arrived at my house at 8:30am in a UHAUL truck. My friend mentioned that the owner told her aunt, that they are a fairly new company. I’m assuming they do not have their own trucks yet. As they began to move the items out of my garage, I noticed that the truck was quickly filling up and not half of my items left over would fit in the truck. The truck was a 17’ truck. I mentioned it to the movers they never mentioned anything about the truck being too small for the job. Once the truck was full, they continuously tried to get in touch with the owner. When they finally got in contact with the owner, the movers told me they would have to take a second trip. Keep in mind, my storage space is a 45 minute drive from the home I am packing up and moving from. I am getting less happy by the minute. One of the movers gives me his phone to speak to A SECOND OWNER named Davin. He repeatedly apologized that they gave the movers the wrong truck to move a three bedroom home. He asked what the company can do to make it better. All I asked is that they do not charge me any extra for their mistake. Davin agreed that I still only have to pay $245 and to take care of the movers. Meaning, make sure they get good tips once the move it over. We close up the house. I get in my car to have the movers follow me to unload ½ of my items into storage. After a 45 minute drive, we first stopped at Quick Trip across the street from the storage units, so the movers could use the rest room and get something to drink from moving in Arizona heat. They get to the storage and unload the 1st half of my items.
Now we are driving another 45 minutes back to the old home. The movers get out, come into the house and ask me if I could go get them drinks from the store. In my mind I am flabbergasted! They just went to the QT before they unloaded the first have of my items in storage. The house that I am moving from is 6 miles away from any store. I really did not feel comfortable leaving strangers with my personal belongings with no supervision. I did not want them to pass out in the heat. Even though they should have been drinking water, I took a chance and went to the store to go get a blue PowerAde and Dr. Pepper at their request. In my own opinion, I believe these movers were not professionals at all and ere not prepared. They had no cooler of their own nor did they have moving gloves. Before I left, I took a photo of the license plate on the UHAUL truck. I hurried back. Time as passed and they are closed to filling up the truck the second time. Once again, the truck is filling up FAST! My washer, dryer, treadmill and refrigerator along with other large items are still not on the truck. One of the movers is annoyed himself and begins to tell the other mover that he hates his boss (the owner) for giving them a small truck. One of the mover’s proceeds to call the office, but no one answers for about ½ an hour. Once they finally answer, I see the movers closing the truck without the remainder of my items on the truck! I ask them what is happening. They replied by saying they were going back to the office to pick up the owner so he/she could help with move?? I have no idea what the logic was behind that, but they were LEAVING WITH MY ITEMS on that truck and headed to the downtown area were the office was. By this time, it is about 4pm. I am waiting in the house alone. I called 1st Integrity Movers office. The (lady owner) picked up. I wanted to know where my items were and when were the movers coming back. The office at my storage unit closes at a certain time on Sunday’s and the movers would not be back in time to load and unload my items into storage before it closed. The owner, Robin stated that they would keep my items in a safe place over night and drop it off in the morning. She also stated that the movers were unloading and reloading my items on to a BIGGER truck to that it would all fit and they were on their way.
The movers arrived at 6pm to finish the job. I looked at the truck. I compared the license plate. IT WAS THE SAME TRUCK, BUT TOTALLY DIFFERENT MOVERS! When the movers got out the truck, they stated there was plenty of room from the remainder of my large items and also stated they previous movers did not know what they were doing. At the point, I am extremely tired from driving to the old house starting at 6am to make sure I get there in time to let them in the garage. I just want my items out of the house and in my storage unit.
The second set of movers seemed to know what they were doing and had more experience than the 1st set. They finished a little after 8pm. It took them a little while to get the paper work completed for me to sign. I was not sure why it was taking them so long. I signed paperwork with the 1st movers that morning. Little did I know, the 2nd set of movers were adding up all hours and mileage that was not stated in my agreement. They gave me a new price of $500! I was clearly upset and almost in tears. I could not believe this was happening. I began to feel that I was being swindled with all that had happened all day. The owner Robin was telling the movers that she wanted me to pay the $245 right now and pay the remainder of the balance tomorrow morning when they dropped off my items at the storage unit and wanted me to sign a document stating that I would do that. I refused to sign anything that I did not agree to. I got on the phone and spoke to the owner from one of the mover’s cell phones telling her that this is not what we agree on and I felt it was wrong and bad customer service. We kept going back and forth until she hung up on me. She tried to lie and say that I told her I moved most of my stuff already. That is completely far from the truth. It’s late; I cannot put my items in storage. I felt they were going to keep my items until I agreed to something I did not negotiate. I was really concerned and terrified. I stood my ground and refused to pay the balance. One of the movers agreed that it was wrong. I mentioned that the other owner Davin said I could stick to the price that was negotiated. The mover, crossed out the paperwork with the balance and said PAID IN FULL, but also said “FOR TODAY”. I did not like that at all. I wanted to call the authorities. I let them take my items to their office over night. The mover said he would personally deliver my items to the storage space 1st thing the next morning. I did not get any sleep because I had no idea if I was going to see my items again and trusting a company with the word INTEGRITY in it that did not have any integrity.
The next morning. One of the movers from the 2nd set of movers showed up, but brought two different people with him. Before he opened up the truck, he showed me some paper work that one of the owners put together for me to sign and pay the balance. I still refused. At this time they knew I was going to call the authorities. The mover stopped me and said squash it. They just won’t get paid. This was supposed to be a 4 hour move. After 24 hours of moving, they unloaded my items into the storage unit. I took care of the movers with tips and a generous one in my mind with the mover who believed I was treated wrong. I will never recommend or use 1st Integrity Movers again. I am over disappointed. I don’t see them staying in business by using movers with no experience and giving promises and not following through with them.

This company sent 2 movers to my home. What what was supposed to take 4 hours (according to the owner) turned into 8 hours. After much negociation with the person described as "the owner" we negociated the price down to what I thought was reasonable. Any moving company can attest to this, there's always customers looking to get something for nothing. It's as simple as that.We offer a 3 hour voucher to customers who normally couldn't afford to hire a moving company. We believe this is an untapped market that bigger companies wouldn't...

touch. There is very little profit margin moving people on fixed incomes but we make it work and we do this to help those out who wouldn't normally be able to afford this type of service. On these voucher moves, we use small trucks. Sometimes a customer will conceal facts from our office in order to save money at a moving company's expense. This was the case here. When our movers arrived on site, they realized this was a fully furnished, 3 bedroom house, with appliances. If the office had known this in advance, we would of known to send a bigger truck and also a fully furnished 3 bedroom with appliances would take between 5-7 hours for 2/movers.Also on site, when the movers had arrived to Ms. [redacted]'s residence, was a male companion of Ms. [redacted] who was the Vice President of what appeared to be a motorcycle gang. He was wearing his motorcycle gang "colors". This was an attempt to intimidate our movers and it worked. Not only did the male mover get nervous and called into the office, but our female mover was even more nervous. With the movers being faced with a move that was much bigger than what was negotiated for, plus the intimidation factor, our movers were unsure of how to proceed. Face with these odds, our movers started the move, then called our office for a bigger truck or another truck. During these negotiations things got out of hand. Ms. [redacted] called the owner some choice names that weren't very lady like, this was unacceptable. Ms. [redacted] also failed to tell our office that her storage closed early on Sunday. This also created a problem, that's why her move was not completed that same day. She of course, tells another story. We're not going to responded to every "he said-she said", because without proof, this is a moot point. ( moving gloves ? ) She needs to ask herself one thing, was the move completed for the agreed upon price? After telling our office that, "she was completely broke", she still tips the movers an substantial amount. Another lie. The fact that she's seeking far more than her move cost, explains it all.I am attaching two invoices and on the one invoice that is dated 07/06/14, it clearly shows at the bottom of the invoice, Ms. [redacted] had written the comment on it, stating, “Paid in Full.” And no where on the invoice is it stated, for this move. I also would like to point out, that the drive from her house to storage and back to her residence, the time was stopped so she did not get charged.......The 2nd Invoice, this shows how much Ms. [redacted] should have paid for this particular day, not including what was still due for the previous move, and she didn't pay anything and if you notice, the movers decided not to pay them for this day.1st Integrity Movers and Storage, L.P.P. ###-###-####

Worst name for a business that has ZERO integrity. Bought living social deal for this company, then scheduled my moving date with the company about 2 months out. They assured me they would call to confirm the day before. That day, I made easily 10 phone calls to the business, left voicemails (because the phone went straight to voicemail) and even left a message in the inquiry open form on their website. Still nothing. On the supposed day of move- same story. The company appears to have dropped off the face of the earth. Even called living social to see if they could get a hold of the company. Same story. So there I was, days from needing to be out of my apartment, with no one to move me. Absolutely despicable. This business should be blacklisted and forced to close its doors. Clearly they have no integrity and absolutely no desire to be a successful business. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICE OR VARIOUS VOUCHERS ON LIVING SOCIAL OR GROUPON. YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NO ONE TO MOVE YOU OR WORSE AS PER OTHER [redacted] REVIEWS.

I found this company through a [redacted] deal. They were very helpful in the beginning. Willing to push back move times and reschedule due to our home not being available to occupy on time. We also stored our items with them at their secure storage lot. They delivered our items and we had noticed that we were missing boxes. Also, One of our dressers that is valued over $1200 had been damaged during the move. Nothing too bad but definitely noticeable. After speaking with [redacted], the owner, she said she would search for our items and come down to our home and assess the damage to our dresser. She denied having the boxes which I knew was a lie. She looked again a few more times and low and behold, she had our boxes. She never showed up to drop them off at our scheduled time so after speaking with her AGAIN she came down with our boxes and took pictures of the damage. She then made an appointment to come back to have her men fix it. They never showed. We've tried numerous times to get in touch with her with no success. Our dresser is now permanently damaged and an eye sore to look at. This company does bad business, and should not be able to operate. Please look into this matter further.

This company sent 2 movers to my home. What what was supposed to take 4 hours (according to the owner) turned into 8 hours. After much negociation with the person described as "the owner" we negociated the price down to what I thought was reasonable. Since they still answer the phone 1st Integrity and the paperwork says 1st Integrity, I'm not comfortable paying cash or writing a check to a person. People should be aware of the shady business dealings of this company.
