This is the exact complaint I sent to them: I have been making payments since January I have sent in call logs and additional information I do not have a large amount of debt Nothing has changed I was told I would receive a copy of my credit report in the mail every month that is not done Im getting more collections calls now than every All my creditor said they have received nothing from the company When I asked for a copy of what you all sent to the creditor you sent them a letter from me know pointing out you were a representative for me as if I had sent the letter I could have a 1/of the things on my credit report gone from just the payments I have paid you this year and I am still have to pay bills that you are suppose to be negotiating so my credit will not get any worse and affect my job Also, I advised you all that two of the bills in my contract I have paid off and gave verification but you still not sent me an adjusted contract In actuality its a breach of contract on your company because I have called every creditor in my contract and they have stated they have received no correspondence from you all or even the letters that you sent to me saying you sent out Every time I make an attempt to get out of the program due to these issues I am threatened saying the company will sue me for a breach of contract I want out of this program and if I am not removed and my money is not refunded I will research and seek legal assistance as necessary and this issue will become a complaint on every review board I can place it Thank you for your cooperation

This company took well over $4000.00 from me. They promised a service and come to find out they are complete frauds.
This company took well over $4000.00 from me. They promised a service and come to find out they are complete frauds. They instructed me to stop paying my debt and close my checking account. Then had me open a new account, and debited several hundred dollars a month to supposedly take care of my debt, which they never did. My credit ended up in worse shape after they took over. Its a shame there are people out there that take advantage of hard working people. I could've paid off my debt with what I was paying them.

Spoke at length with HAG and had decided they could help until I got to the Verification segment and realized they did not do everything I was told. Had to sign agreement several time before getting right and then all items that I wanted to consolidate began to come off to get my payment where I wanted it to be. With that being said. I read the agreement that night after being on the phone with them for 3 hours and another 1hr & 1/2, I found 4 different companies I would be paying for services that was suppose to help. I only had 10 days to cancel but had to send a cancellation notice to all of the companies within the agreement. Also in order to stop the annoying calls for solicitors you had to cancel that as well. Please read the agreement. They want you to sign the agreement so you would have to cancel by sending the notice in the mail not thru email. That way they have a valid agreement that you did not do what they required to cancel and can go into your bank account. Also make sure you cancel your bank information as well. Reading the other complaints the day after signing the agreement I am sure this is not for me or anyone that can't stand being frustrated even more. More problems ahead if you decide to use them. I am sending certified letter to 4 company's just to get out of paperwork agreements. I will work with my debtors and continue to remove it slowly but surely.

The statement "if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't true" is right. Everyone should check with you before signing up with any questionable program. Thanks for the good work! Although they were friendly and polite and spent over an hour on the phone with me, they were not pushy and allowed me to take some time to think about their offer (during which I checked with you). They agreed to get back to me in a week, at which time I will decline their offer. Thanks again for the info.

I just cant belief they would take my money every month and not pay off my debt and help me like they promise im so disappointend.
I been with these pepole for 3 years or maybe more my payments were $200.00 a month im a single parent and they took from me and my child and now cause of all this I been struggling to pay my bills and to provide for my child.

This company took my money I paid 489.00 for 3 years and they never took care of my debt. they messed me up.

Company got sued and has all the money I paid over 2.5 years.
Helping America Group was a debt consolidation company I chose to go with in July 2015. I paid about $5,680.24 to the company from July 2015-May2017 and then the company got sued and shut down. ALL consumers kept in the dark about what is happening. The online portal for consumers was also shut down so no one can even access any account details. I have emailed, called, you name it to try to get hold of SOMEONE who can answer my questions. I waited a half year to start this process in hopes it would've already been resolved. All I want is my money back as I had to go and find another company to handle my situation and now all my accounts are in collections. Not to mention one has already garnished my paycheck. Talk about embarrassing. I know these things take time to receive refunds but I've waited long enough. I'd like the money back so I can apply it to my new company and get my accounts up to date.
