My wife went in this afternoon to get the battery in her key fob replacedThey were apparently unable to operate the simple battery opening on the back and instead decided to split the fob down the side to access the battery, which was also unsuccessfulThe key held the fob together temporarily, but once the key was removed the fob fell apartAbsolutely zero issues with the fob until they handed it back to us and it fell apart, now we are unable to start our car and will need to wait until tomorrow to get a replacement from a dealershipWe had to cancel multiple work appointments tomorrow since we are down a vehicleWhen we went back inside to get it figured out, our questions were met with heavy sarcasm and "well I was in the back room, so you can't prove I did it." Absolutely terrible experience with Batteries PlusThis is the first negative feedback of any form I have ever given, but after having their incompetence ruin our next couple of days, and their refusal to offer any type of help, I felt obligated to warn othersTake your business elsewhere

March 31, I went into Batteries Plus on Washington Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana around 9:amI presented my Samsung Galaxy Sphone to a store rep and I said I think my phone has a pressure crack in screenThe store rep looked my phone over and removed the better cover, asked who my phone carrier was and I said at the time of purchase AT &Thowever I was no longer with themThe store rep said I can fix your phone but I will not warranty it because this phone screen has already been replaced, he said feel around the screen with your finger nail there is a tiny gap that tells me the scree has already been replaced Then I said that's impossible unless when I brought the phone the screen had been replaced, I have not had this phone for one year yet it is still under manufacture warranty it not that oldI asked the rep could I speak with manger and he said the manger was on vacation and will not be there until Monday I then asked the rep is it possible that this could be a manufacture defect and he then highlighted a few sentences on a piece of paper and said I will not fix the phone for you, I am the Master Technician here and no one in this store will touch that phone So I get my phone and started to go home, I stopped at a AT &T store that was on my way homeI told the rep in AT& T what had happened and he said your phone was new when you bought it with no replaced screen then he printed out my receipt, which showed the phone was new and the date of October 17, was the date I brought the phone

Terrible service, they claim to be able to repair phones yet I end up returning every other week for them to repair what that couldn't do the first time. They have had my phone 8 times now since late November

March 31, 2016 I went into Batteries Plus on Washington Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana around 9:10 am. I presented my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone to a store rep and I said I think my phone has a pressure crack in screen. The store rep looked my phone over and removed the better cover, asked who my phone carrier was and I said at the time of purchase AT &T. however I was no longer with them. The store rep said I can fix your phone but I will not warranty it because this phone screen has already been replaced, he said feel around the screen with your finger nail there is a tiny gap that tells me the scree has already been replaced. Then I said that's impossible unless when I brought the phone the screen had been replaced, I have not had this phone for one year yet it is still under manufacture warranty it not that old. I asked the rep could I speak with manger and he said the manger was on vacation and will not be there until Monday. I then asked the rep is it possible that this could be a manufacture defect and he then highlighted a few sentences on a piece of paper and said I will not fix the phone for you, I am the Master Technician here and no one in this store will touch that phone.
So I get my phone and started to go home, I stopped at a AT &T store that was on my way home. I told the rep in AT& T what had happened and he said your phone was new when you bought it with no replaced screen then he printed out my receipt, which showed the phone was new and the date of October 17, 2015 was the date I brought the phone.
