Helping Hands Carpentry Reviews (4)

To whom it may concern,Our company uses different sources for advertisements and some of the phone calls we receive are recorded and cannot be discarded If a customer calls in on a direct line these calls are often not recorded With that said we do not know this when we answer the phone Since there can be a delay on when the calls populate into the queue, the applicant filing a complaint was given the option to listen to the calls which had populated for review The two calls I listened to both offered correct information The first call was received by the employee he is stating gave him dollar amounts on fees He refused my invitation to review the call and became angry and stated I was only trying to take sides I also let him know the quote which we emailed him with apartment information included the fees he was stating he was lied to about prior to the final “checklist” sent To be clear the final check list is what he is talking aboutIn our conversation he made it clear he didn’t like the fact we used Parcel Pending for package acceptance Stated they too were a bunch of crooks and this was only a means to steal packages He also didn’t like having to set up Gas billing in his nameIn our phone conversation he accused us of sending him a blank lease which we expected him to sign These are not practices we would take part in at any time But to be thorough I reviewed our history in the Blue Moon system for the past 30-days and could not find any documents which were produced and emailed to his attention Blue Moon is a separate entity which we do not have the rights to manipulateIt is my understanding the applicant had previously attempted to apply at several other communities but apartments were leased by others so he was trying to act fast on this one so he wouldn’t lose it to someone else It is very possible he was mixing up information he had previously written down for other locations and not for our community. As an approved applicant he typically would have also been charged an additional $admin fee which he is fully aware of and as a compromise we did not charge.Thank you, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: These are baseless allegations and I can prove at least part of it, can they? It's very convenient that the recording states twice that the calls are recorded when you phone in and then she loses my call specificallyIn that call you would hear the blatant lying and misleading statements by this organizationShe is clearly panicking and making great leaps in her assumptionsI only applied to apartment and it was theirsI applied for another place this last weekend(after turning them down) also but that is it and my credit history would show only credit checks for a leasing applicationIf I need to produce a credit report for this please let me know as I would be glad to provide it to show I am in the right!I eagerly await your response!Kind Regards,

In response to the complaint we received, we asked this resident to provide receipts of his recent purchase of the washer so that we could get approval on any kind of reimbursement.  We never received anything from the resident.

phone.  Since there can be a delay on when the calls populate into the queue, the applicant filing a complaint was given the option to listen to the calls which had populated for review.  The two calls I listened to both offered correct information.  The first call was received by the employee he is stating gave him false dollar amounts on fees.  He refused my invitation to review the call and became angry and stated I was only trying to take sides.  I also let him know the quote which we emailed him with apartment information included the fees he was stating he was lied to about prior to the final “checklist” sent.  To be clear the final check list is what he is talking about. In our conversation he made it clear he didn’t like the fact we used Parcel Pending for package acceptance.  Stated they too were a bunch of crooks and this was only a means to steal packages.  He also didn’t like having to set up Gas billing in his name. In our phone conversation he accused us of sending him a blank lease which we expected him to sign.  These are not practices we would take part in at any time.  But to be thorough I reviewed our history in the Blue Moon system for the past 30-days and could not find any documents which were produced and emailed to his attention.  Blue Moon is a separate entity which we do not have the rights to manipulate. It is my understanding the applicant had previously attempted to apply at several other communities but apartments were leased by others so he was trying to act fast on this one so he wouldn’t lose it to someone else.  It is very possible he was mixing up information he had previously written down for other locations and not for our community. As an approved applicant he typically would have also been charged an additional $175 admin fee which he is fully aware of and as a compromise we did not charge.Thank you,[redacted]
