On January 11, we where hired by *** *** to Clean for *** ***Chuck(Owner) and Sandy (Employee) were there to cleanWe started at 1:PM (I)Chuck had to leave at 3:pm ,to tend to other business,so I had Robin and Lori take over
for meThe three were there from 3:pm to 3:pmWe Charge $per hour for one person plus 5% for supplies and maintenance plus Sales Taxtotal is $I cleaned entire upstairs Bedrooms and hallwayMoving movable furniture dusting, hand washed baseboards,dusted and vacuumed closets, vacuumed under beds,Vacuumed curtains and lamp shades, cleaned blinds (Which *** was happy with the job done).Sandy Cleaned Bathrooms and KitchenRobin and Lori cleaned living room and dining room, Moving furniture (Sandy and Lori), dusting and vacuuming
I received a phone call on 1/12/saying that she (*** ***) was only going to pay hour worth of cleaning $169.90.She started accusing me of taking advantage of *** ***You can see by the time frame above that we there and that this is not the caseWe charged appropriatelyI gave *** *** a $(1/12/16) refund to try to keep good customer relationsOn 1/13/I received phone message that She (*** ***) was demanding a full refundI called her back and offered to come back to see what we may have missed and address any areas that may need to fixed(Our web site states that we will come back to fix anything we missed) She declined and said, "she doesn't get do overs."
When Sandy,Robin,and Lori left *** Said "We were expensive and we did great work." I will not be issuing a full refund as I have done all that I can to make things correct and *** will not allow me.We do honest work and have been for years
