I hired this company based upon the 5 star reviews I saw here. However, this company is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, if someone starts a job they should finish it. BUYER BEWARE!
I have asked the company by the name Helping hand home improvement. Repeatedly to correct the damages that was performed by them.
August of 2018 I contacted my home insurance on concerns about getting a new roof put on my house. TRavelers came out to inspect the roof and.I mentioned to the insurance company that I have a company in mind to do the roo. So travelers made the check out with my name and the company of choice name on the check for $1500. They came out to do the work while I was at work. When I got off work I walked around the outside looking at the work that was done. Then I noticed their is a lot spots are not level and I went to make me something to eat and turned on the stove fan sawdust from the attic sprayed my kitchen. I open the attic and noticed. It was a huge mess! Uneven gables dust etc. I was so angry. And called Helping hand to tell them that they need to fix my home back to the way it was. The work was unsatisfactory. I am on fixed income, I don't have monies to pay someone to correct their screw up! So helping hand threaten me with putting a lien on my home if I don't pay the rest of the monies. They also said that they will not be doing anymore work on my house.
I would like for my home to be fixed back to the way it was before I hired them. If they can't do the work right. They need to pay for someone to repair their botched job period!

There was additional work needing to be done to Mr. Cliffs home that he was not willing to pay for a after getting his decking replaced and roof replaced paid for by insurance Mr. cliff was unhappy with his Eve's that were poorly maintained. Insurance would not pay to have them fixed and either would Mr. Cliffs. We offered to do the work for $900 which is at our cost and he denied. We also called Mr. cliff multiple times and had zero response. I have left 6 messages on his machine and been by his home 4 times in the last month. He refuses to communicate with us and sent his daughters to drop off the insurance check that was owed us for replacing his roof.
Again, we are happy to do the work and replace his eve's but we cannot do so for free as these were not apart of the original scope or contract.
The company was excellent to work with. They answered every question and concern we had. They put on a new roof for us and did a top notch job. Even clean up was great after. The only issue we had was the driveway was left with multiple oil stains after worktrucks had been there. Hunter C is a very nice and professional salesman. I would highly recommend Hunter and the company to anyone looking for any home improvement needs.
Very helpful, I will definitely be using them again for any future needs. 5/5 stars!
Replaced my 7 year old roof after wind/hail storm damage. Great Helping Hands! Works with you and your insurance agent. I only spoke to my agent twice. They did the rest and even met my agent at the house when they did their own inspection. Will definitely use Helping Hands again in the future. The work they do is excellent! I highly recommend them.

Great company to work with! Used them to replace my roof. They handled everything with my insurance company and made the process painless for me. John was extremely prompt and courteous. The quote was accurate--no surprise costs... will be recommending to anyone looking for a contractor.
Had damage from storms and they were able to to walk me tough it. Got the repairs I needed in a more then a timely manner. I would recommend these guys to anyone. When they asked when I wanted to schedule repairs I starting looking weeks into my calendar, never did I think they could be there in days to do the roof job.
