Helping Hands Housekeeping Reviews (25)

Review: I pay $30/hr, for 3.5 hrs ($105 of house cleaning services per month. [redacted] does all she can in that time. Which is a deep clean and usually an extra each time (such as windows, blinds, etc.).

I have been using this company for almost 2 years and have never had a complaint. The usual cleaner ([redacted]) was unable to clean so they sent someone else ([redacted] - who is new, but I did not know that and would not have had a problem with it if she did her job). She came on 01/19/2015. When I got home it barely looked like anyone had cleaned it. The upstairs looked pretty good, just a couple little things not worth mentioning. But, the downstairs was unbelievable. I cannot believe a professional (new or not) considered this clean. Details of what was not touched/cleaned:

Whole downstairs: None of the floors were washed (all hard surface floors except for an area rug in living room). Visible markings and spots on all floors so it was obvious that none of them were cleaned and she did not just miss a spot here and there.

Laundry room: Not touched.

Great room: Only thing in the whole room to clean (it's empty) is the counter for the dry bar and that was not cleaned and it had visible spots on it.

1/2 bathroom: Only part of the counter top was cleaned.

Kitchen: Stove top, sink not washed out, front of stainless steel appliances, garbage not taken out (including a pop carton sitting right next to it was still sitting there.

Living room: Only end table is glass and not cleaned, dog hair around furniture as though not vacuumed (this is where the area rug is, electronic equipment not dusted.

I immediately called [redacted] and asked her what to do because I have never experienced this before. She advised me to contact the owner ([redacted]) to let her know about the situation. I spoke with [redacted] on 01/19/2015 and she advised me that [redacted] was there for 3 hours and that they could do a "side by side" clean the next day so it could be used as a teaching experience. I said I did not want [redacted] back in my house. The things that were not done are not "teaching experiences". These are major housecleaning expectations that should be automatic (washing floors, etc.). Also, I had paid for 3.5 hours and according to [redacted] she was there for 3 hours. I advised [redacted] again many times that I did not feel comfortable letting [redacted] back into my home. I offered to meet [redacted] at my house so she could see first hand the horrible job [redacted] did. [redacted] kept refusing any of my suggestions and insisted on the side-by-side clean. I kept trying to explain that I did not want this because I did not trust [redacted] to come back. Not only did she not complete the job she was paid to do, she was not there for the full 3.5 hours I paid for. [redacted] continued to talk over me and became very aggressive on the phone. The call was ended.

I called [redacted] back on 01/21/2015 to see if we could come to some resolution. I tried to tell her that I looked at my home security history and [redacted] was only in the house for 2 hours and 24 minutes. Not only well below the 3.5 hours paid for, but also an outright lie to [redacted] (her boss) by saying she was there for 3 hours. I thought we could figure something out. Even after this new information about the time at my home, [redacted] still insisted on bringing [redacted] back into my home for the side-by-side clean. Again, I refused and tried to explain that after everything else and now seeing that she lied to [redacted] and stole $30 for the one hour of work that I paid for I definitely did not want [redacted] here. I asked [redacted] that if she was not willing to negotiate some sort of deal where [redacted] came in, could she at least pay me the $30 that [redacted] basically stole from me (paid for 3.5 hours and she was only at my house for 2.5 @ $30/hr), again she refused. [redacted] continued to talk over me, raise her voice, and was not at all willing to listen or compromise at all. Besides saying repeatedly about the side-by-side clean, she continued to also repeat that the money is already gone and she is not getting it back for me. According to her, the only solution is the side-by-side clean.

After all of this and seeing how absolutely irrational and uncooperative [redacted] is, I am even more confident I do not want [redacted] and now [redacted] to set foot in my home.Desired Settlement: I paid $30/hr for 3.5 hours of cleaning (as usual) and the majority of my home was left incomplete. I would like the full $105.00 back because I had to pay someone else $105 to come out and do what [redacted] was already paid to do and did not.

Response:

[redacted] schedule was overbooked so she asked me to subsitute a cleaner, she said it was very easy. [redacted] is new trained and cleaned successfully 6 other customers. She has 2 biweeklies and has received tips. I am extremely careful bring in new people. It has taken 1 1/2 years to bring on two new cleaners.I Pay all my girls a living wage at least $20 per hour and customers are charged an hourly fee that fits right in the middle of the cleaning business industry.[redacted] has been a great customer for quit some time. I apologized that the clean [redacted] did was not to her expectations and offered to come over tomorrow with [redacted] and do a spring clean for her. She said she did not want [redacted] in her home again. [redacted] is a beautifully young 25 year old girl with 2 children. I am very excited to have her working for me. Most of my staff has been with me for 15 years, 12 years, 10 years, 8 years, 4 years, etf. I pay well and train well and tai care of customers and staff. I have owned the business for 18years and we have a A+ with the Revdex.com. Not sure if that will stay after [redacted]'s complaint.[redacted] did not have any interest in a $400 clean . She just continued to say she did not want [redacted] in her home again yet she had never met her. [redacted] was in [redacted],s home cleaning for 3 hours - I asked [redacted] 3 times and she said at least 2 hours and 50 minutes could have been 3 hours. I believe [redacted] never has cleaned a house with lots of dog hair. We made mistakes [redacted] should have helped talking about the clean to [redacted], [redacted] should have called me to help. I tell every new person to call me with any questions I can come help at any time any place.I do feel very bad that [redacted] had a bad experience with [redacted]'s clean. I wish it had been different and [redacted] asked or got help but she did not so I offered at least 5 tines to do a spring clean at her home. It is hard to understand how someone can dislike a new young gall without getting to know here. Many times new cleaners have not been perfect yet the customer understood and many of these cleaners and customers are still working together. I again offered a spring clean to [redacted] usually $200 or more and she declined my offer. I cleaned for 15 years and am very detailed. I also told [redacted] to clean [redacted]'s next clean for free and I will pay [redacted].We will not be cleaning [redacted] and I am Mailing [redacted] a $105 check for refund. After offering a $200 or more clean for FREE and she did not want, it seems somehow it is not about a clean house anymore. I offered 4 or 5 times a free spring clean $200-$300 or a free clean$105 from her regular cleaner and was turned down and then she puts a complaint on Revdex.com where I have a A+. I have owned the business for 18years and our #one goal is customer service. So I will sent a complete refund of $105 to [redacted] and am aging very sorry for the problem. I Tried my best and feel the offer is more than fair.Sincerely,Helping Hands Housekeeping

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I will accept the $105 as a resolution to this matter after the check clears and not before. I do not trust [redacted] after all of her irrational conversations with me and the out right lies she told in her response to the Revdex.com. Nothing she stated in her response is true as stated below:[redacted]'s schedule was not overbooked. She had cut her finger on the day of my clean. I had no problem rescheduling with someone else for Monday. * She never apologized nor did she ever once offer to do a "Spring clean" this is a $400 value. This is the very first time I have heard this. The only money that was mentioned was when I asked to be reimbursed for that clean or for [redacted] to pay [redacted] the $105 the next time she is scheduled to clean my home. [redacted] did not agree to either of those and just kept repeating to me, "the money is gone you are not getting it" and she refused to pay [redacted] to come in again. The only thing she offered was to do a "side by side" clean with [redacted] with me present the following day. I did offer to meet just [redacted] in my home to show her what was not done and she refused. She refused anything that I suggested. [redacted] blew up at me and just kept repeating that the "side by side clean" was all she would do for me and if that was not good enough it was just too bad. Again, not ONCE did she mention a "Spring clean" nor did she offer to have [redacted] do my next clean for free. This was all I was asking for. Had she really said that this would not even be an issue and I would not have had to file this complaint. * Regarding [redacted] coming back in my house, I did state that I did not want [redacted] back in my home because not only did she not even come close to even doing 50% of her job, she is also a liar. [redacted] insisted and by her response still insists that [redacted] was in my home for 2 hours and 50 minutes. Per my security system, she was only there for 2 hours and 24 minutes. This just shows the blatent lies that [redacted] tells even when the proof is right there in front of her. The security system does not lie. It has nothing to do with liking someone or how many children she has. It is about her professional actions and whether or not I trust that person in my home. If she truly told [redacted] that she was there for 2 hours and 50 minutes she lied to her own boss. This is not the type of person I want in my home.* I would have gladly taken a "Spring clean" or a reimbursement. The reimbursement is all I was asking for to begin with or for [redacted] to pay [redacted] for my next clean. If [redacted] had actually offered me any one of those things that she is stating that she did this would not have been an issue and I would have never filed the complaint. ?Regards,[redacted]

I absolutely love helping hands! I trust the company to take care of my house while I'm not home. They are very professional and friendly and keep my house spotless. They always maintain their schedule and clean every corner in the house. I've had other companies clean for me throughout the years but they don't come close to the crew at HelpingHands. I can trust them to clean my house even when I'm at work or out of town traveling without having to worry about having strangers in my house and the bad experiences you hear about. I have recommended them to a couple co-workers and friends who were in need of some cleaning and they have all loved them just as much as I, I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them to anyone in need.

The communication is great, we requested a specific crew each time and they always sent the same people. This company has done a great job for us, We have tried other cleaning companies and they are the best in [redacted]. They worked with our schedule as we needed , went above and beyond our expectations and always took care of the little extras even though it wasn't part of their routine. Great people , great service could not ask for more!

Review: I am filing a complaint because Helping Hands Housekeeping did damage to some furniture in our home. The wood finish was stripped from the headboard, and two wooden steps to the bed, along with the tops of four of my kitchen chairs. My last clean with the company was, October 31, 2014. Approximately two weeks before I noticed a scratch on my bedroom dresser. I addressed my concern to [redacted], the team head cleaner, showed her the scratch and said in the future to please be careful. About one week after my last October 31st clean, I noticed the wood finish was stripped from my headboard. I noticed the kitchen chairs had lost the finish as well. The bedroom furniture was purchased at [redacted] Furniture Store; it has the most damage. I called the salesperson at [redacted], and sent him pictures of the damage. He sent me a referral to [redacted], a company that [redacted] uses for their repairs.

I do not have a date documented, but around the beginning of the second week of November, once the damage was noticed, I called the owner, [redacted]. She denied all wrongdoing. She was defensive and interrupted constantly, finally saying that she had to go and ended the conversation quickly. My husband called [redacted] in the evening, that same day, and told her about the damage done. She was nervous and kept looking to end the conversation. In both instances my husband and I found ourselves cut off, and actually telling [redacted] to wait because we were not done speaking. The conversations were brief, lasting no more than two minutes.

November, 12, 2014. I contacted [redacted] on her business phone. I made her aware of the damage to the kitchen chairs, and the bedroom headboard and frame, for a second time. She was defensive and dismissive. I found it very difficult to speak with her, as she kept interrupting. I made [redacted] aware that a restoration specialist was coming to my home to assess the damage the following day, November 13, 2014. I invited her to come to my home to see the damage.

November, 12, 2014. 4pm. [redacted], along with [redacted] and another senior cleaning lady, came by my home to look at the damage done. I invited them to get up on the bed and take pictures for their own records. None of them looked at the damage, and I even asked her why she wasn't taking pictures for her own documentation. She refused to look at the damage. [redacted] was dismissive and kept trying to show me her "green cleaners," and how this was not done by my cleaning ladies, and how her company refuses to accept responsibility for this. I told [redacted] that her not taking responsibility for the damage is unacceptable, and that we will be moving forward with a complaint, and the eventual repair of our furniture. [redacted] kept claiming how honest she was, and I too claimed that I was honest. She denied all claims saying over and over again that it was not her service that did the damage, and perhaps it was myself. She also commented that the finish was probably bad on the wood furniture.

November 13, 2014. [redacted] came to my home to give an estimate. My husband and I discussed how to proceed.

November 22, 2014. I left a message on [redacted]'s business number, asking for her business email so that I can mail the restoration estimate. I went on the Helping Hands website to look for a business email address. I was unable to find one.

November 24, 2014. I spoke to [redacted] personally, on the business line. She claimed to not remember who I was, or why I was calling. I asked twice for her business email address to send the restoration estimate. She raised her voice, yelling at me, that this was not her fault and actually hung up on me. That was my last communication with her.

The kitchen set was bought here, in Scottsdale, about 4 years ago. The bedroom furniture is not even 2 years old. We have receipts for our purchases.

I am writing to the Revdex.com because there has been no "good faith effort" to resolve this dispute in any way. This business has not appropriately responded to my concerns about the damage done to my furniture, and has failed to acknowledge my complaint. I am very dissatisfied with the owner's conduct, and hope that we can come to a fair resolution.

Thank you,

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Helping Hands Housekeeping did damage to my wood furniture. I would like them to pay for the damage done. I had a hard time proceeding with this complaint because the owner has been difficult, and outright refused to disclose a public business email address. I called the AZ Revdex.com, explained the situation, and I was quickly given the email address so that I could proceed with my complaint.

I am not happy with the owner's conduct at all. She has been very difficult to deal with, becoming defensive and rude when confronted with a complaint or concern. I do not expect an apology. I do not feel this owner, or her business should be posting an A+ rating on your site.

Response:

I am happy to have [redacted] send me pictures of furniture and telephone # of restoration company she is using. if we did damaged [redacted]'s furniture in any way am 1000 percent ready to put on my insurance policy or write out a check to pay for repair. THERE IS NO POSSIBLY THAT WE DAMAGED RAQUAL'S FURNITURE..We always feather dust the headboard. Bed step up bed, white bedspread very expensive, headboard extremely large and extremely tall. The cleaner is 4'2"even if she stood on to white expensive ($800) bedspread which we never would ever, never ever she could not reach top of wood headboard. Our cleaning system is to use an extended feather duster. If the customer wanted a spring clean or a first clean if customer wanted we would apply quality oil for wood with a soft duster cloth. We never clean [redacted]'s Kitchen. We mop under small table which is part of kitchen we do not nothing to chairs near kitchen. The kitchen chairs are beautiful - they are depressed wood with various tones and in great condition shinny I could see no damage at all.[redacted] has been a great customer for quite some time. When we met myself and the cleaning team we could not see any damage. I told [redacted] we only use green natural products, chemical free clothes, steamer, etc. I cannot imagine how we could have damaged her furniture. Again we did not see any damage. I have owed helping hands for 18years. Our Revdex.com score is A+. I have great insurance coverage to protect our customers. This policy is here for my customers protection in case we damage or harm our customers in any way. We have never used this policy in 18 years. I welcome Revdex.com to check out my policy to see that it is a quality policy and has not been used in 18years. I will use this policy in a new york second for a legitimate clam. We did scratch a mirror and throw out clothes in black trash bag from student home from college and we wrote them a check for $550 & $600 to correct our error. Taking care of each customer is our #ONE GOAL. DOES a business owner put a claim on insurance policy or pay for something that is total impossible that we did??? I do not want to pay for something we did not do. Sincerely [redacted]

Response:

I was a bit confused by the response to my claim from Helping Hands. On one hand they deny doing damage to my furniture (opting out of visually inspecting the damage, and taking their own pictures), and on the other hand, they will use the policy for a "legitimate claim." I don't know how to respond except that they did do damage to my furniture, I have a legitimate claim, and yes I will accept reimbursement to have my furniture restored.I am questioning the response itself. Who wrote it? In my opinion, based on my past interactions with the owner, the response was not written by [redacted], an "[redacted] graduate with 20+ years in the corporate world." [redacted] has disregarded my claim from the moment it was brought to her attention --- denying all wrong doing, raising her voice, not returning calls, refusing to disclose a public email address, and eventually hanging up on me. I am quite offended, feeling like I did not get a response from the owner herself. For the record, I dispute a comment in the response: I never told the cleaning team they could not access the bed to clean the headboard. They were welcome to do so. I don't know how the headboard could be cleaned without having access to the bed, and I don't know why height would play a factor in getting the job done. I did make it clear, however, that I did not want any shoes on the duvet cover. I never disclosed the price of my duvet cover. I don't know where that comment came from.It is not "impossible" for damage to occur to one's belongings from a cleaning service. Just because a product is labeled "green," does not mean it is safe on all surfaces. Helping Hands' green cleaners, even though mildly acidic, are still effective at removing hard water stains on shower doors, rust on toilet bowls etc. However, that strength of cleaner should never be carried over to a wood surface. The damage to my wood was either done with the wrong cleaner being used on the wood, or from re-using a rag that was used to clean a bathroom perhaps. I hope we can continue to work towards resolution.[redacted] furniture store, where the bedroom furniture was purchased, has recommended [redacted] for the restoration. This is the company I will be using for the restoration.Pictures to follow.Sincerely,

Review: I spoke with [redacted], owner and explained to her that I needed my small 2 bd/2ba condo cleaned, top to bottom. I had moved into the condo and it had never been cleaned by the prop mgr or owners and it was filthy. I started a new job the day after I moved in and had to go to Denver for training and had no time to do it myself. I also explained that I have horrible allergies and my pet has a partially collapsed trachea and dust is the worst thing he can be exposed to. She understood clearly the nature of my request I went over room by room in great detail, giving her very specific requests and needs. I was shocked when she quoted me $175 an hour ($35/maid with 5 maids coming). There were only 4, as I sat outside when they came and left The lead maid's name is [redacted]. I again went over what I needed them to do. She said she already was informed. She then asked me not to talk about money/fees in front of the others. She called me early into their cleaning telling me it was going to take more than 2 hours. She called me when they were finished and it took 2 hrs and 45 min. I was charged $525. I had my two dogs with me and I was under a Dr's care and not feeling well so I didn't do an immediate inspection, paid the $525 by check and tipped the maids $50. I didn't argue the point that there were only 4 maids as I wasn't feeling well and just needed them to go. Soon after their visit my handyman came by to check plumbing. He noticed areas that were still very dirty. It wasn't until today when I noticed droves of gnats in my kitchen that I pulled out the stove and was shocked to find that they never cleaned it AT ALL. The side has brown grease and grime dripping down and a pile approximately 6 inches of dirt, dust and filth behind it. That was one thing I specifically asked to be cleaned. The walls the top of fridge, the outside of micro all still dusty and filthy. There's more. [redacted] only reaction to my complaint was to take her to small claim's court which I will be doing.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to refund my $525 immediately as well as pay whatever it will cost me to have another team of maids to legitimately clean my place. [redacted] was not willing to speak to me after I complained to [redacted]. (Who would also not give me [redacted] direct contact info or email address).I have a new [redacted] phone in which I am having difficulty downloading pics to this website, however they were sent to [redacted] and [redacted]. They will be brought to court with both prop mgr and maint

Response:

Solving this complaint would have been as easy as a phone call to me or [redacted], our work is guaranteed. The appliance where pulled out we would have come over the same day and cleaned behind appliances but instead [redacted] was in a rage she said she could not express how upset she was and that she going to Revdex.com, [redacted] and take us to court. Before we could even talk she went to Revdex.com with a complaint that is not accurate. I have owned the business for 17 years and OUR Revdex.com RECORD IS A+ WE WORK VERY HARD EVERY DAY TO TAKE CARE OF EACH CUSTOMER WITH CARE TO KEEP OUR A+ STANDING. [redacted] called [redacted] and was yelling, cussing using the F word over and over and said to [redacted] don't you talk she was in a rage and [redacted] could not ?state her side. [redacted] call me and also was impossible to talk to she was rude, she would not let me talk I did hang-up no need to cuss at people. I put everything in God's hands that is how I run my life, when I mentioned this to [redacted] she say I was sacreligious. So Sorry God runs my life you can cuss but please do not use the name of God. doesn't seem right to me!!![redacted] called to have her 2/2 bath condo detailed cleaned. She said she had been in the condo for 3 months and that the apartment was not cleaned when she moved in. WHY would anyone move into a dirty apartment if you have allergies? The entire apt. was very dirty, [redacted] has cleaned for me for 15 years and have had any complaints we could not correct instantly. [redacted] said the apt. looked like it had not been cleaned for a year or longer. WHEN [redacted] asked me if we moved stoves and refrigerator out to clean behind them I SAID NO!!! I said we do not move stoves out we do not know how to disconnect. She did not mention to me that she had to have appliances move out she did say they can probably clean anyhow. I believe I said they can clean from small opening between. If she had said I must have appliances moved out we would have had [redacted]'s husband move appliances out.[redacted] usually works with 5 people but with [redacted]'s clean their were only 4 girls working that day. We charge $35 per hour/per person Merry Maids charges $44 per hour/per person. [redacted] has been cleaning for 25 years and I do believe she is one of the best cleaning teams in scottsdale area. [redacted]'s cleans are focused on detail. The team had 3 ladders set-up and cleaned very dirty walls, ceiling and vents all very dirty & had to be taken down. [redacted] was in the condo part of the time the girls cleaned she never mentioned pulling out kitchen appliances and when the girls finished [redacted] said every think looked great. All the walls etc had been cleaned and the condo smelled fresh. [redacted] was given a quote for the clean [redacted] needed more time to complete and [redacted] did ok extra time.l could not have a conversation with [redacted] her reaction was over the top as I stated before she seemed to be in a rage. I never ever would say take me to court. [redacted] is the one who was threading to go to ?Revdex.com [redacted] and she said I will take you to court & I could correct her complaint we would come over to clean behind appliances she said we need to come and clean before she changed Revdex.com complaint. We were e-mailing then she said I was harassing her, I stopped the e-mails because now I was going to be charged with harassment.I do know we did a great job for [redacted] as [redacted] has been cleaning for 15 years for my customers with no complaints. If [redacted] had just called us that her appliances were now pulled out we would have gone out and cleaned, instead she went on a rage and immediately put in a dishonest report of what really napped on ?Revdex.com [redacted] also gave the girls a tip she had no complaints for two weeks. You think if the micro or any other Items she mentioned she would have called the next day or next week. AGAIN I OFFERED TO CLEAN BEHIND APPLIANCE IF SHE WOULD GO BACK ON Revdex.com TO CHANGE REVIEW. SHE WOULD NOT!!

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I reviewed the response from "The Helping Hands" and I am appalled at how dishonest whomever wrote this complaint is. I am assuming it is from the owner [redacted].I am attaching a chain of emails we exchanged to prove that she contradicted herself over and over and just blatantly lied.I never at any time used the "F" word, nor did I swear repeatedly to [redacted] and MY hand to heaven did not swear at all to [redacted]. One time did I tell [redacted] that what she was saying is B.S. Also, correct me ougif I'm wrong but the purpose of calling a team of maids is to clean one's home, where one is not able to do alone. I am not a filthy person. Nor were my toilets filthy. And I was forced to move in to my place "as is" because I was told by my property manager that he would (and also told me he did) have someone come to do the cleaning before I moved in, but turned out that the "cleaning person" did not make it out. I moved in on a Sunday, the 3rd Sunday of October and had to leave for training in Denver (for the job I previously had) the very next day and was in training for 12 weeks, of which 1 was in Denver and the following 11 weeks in Mesa. I was working long hard hours and was only able to clean what any one very busy normal professional person could do. I even pulled the refrigerator out myself and cleaned behind it and the walls behind it as well. I kept my kitchen and bathrooms as clean as possible. The one appliance I could not get behind is the stove/oven. I SPECIFICALLY CALLED "THE HELPING HANDS" TO CLEAN IN PLACES I COULD NOT REACH, such as behind my stove, on top of kitchen cabinets, my patio screen door, etc. **That was specifically the premise of having a team of maids come to my home. There is a large construction job taking place across the street and roofing going on in my complex and I noticed all of my screens (as well as my neighbor's) were very dusty and it was simply overwhelming and I needed the help of what I was hoping to be professional and thorough maids/cleaning crew. I specifically asked that my place be cleaned top to bottom, inside and out AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED ON MY INITIAL CALL if they would be cleaning ovens and would PLEASE CLEAN THE SIDE AND BEHIND THE STOVE as I was disgusted to see what I had found, which was what prompted my call. Over and over every time I asked or requested what I needed cleaned [redacted] would reply "No problem", No problem". NEVER ONCE did she say that they could not or would not be cleaning my oven or that they would not be able to pull the stove out from the wall to clean the sides and backs. Again, had she said that, it would have defeated the purpose of having them come out to my home and clean. And for $525, what kind of maid service would NOT at the very minimum clean a stove? Really? As you can see from [redacted] email dated February 17th in [redacted] very first sentence she said, and I quote, "We never clean or move stoves or refrigerators out to clean unless requested. You asked me about stove I said we do not move. Hmm. Isn't that already a contradiction? My initial complaint call to [redacted] was only to hear her say over and over, "No Jackie, No Jackie" before I could even finish a sentence so I did ask her to please stop talking and let me finish. She continued to deny any negligence and continued to talk over me.My subsequent call was to [redacted] whom was very rude and hung up on me. I sent her an email WITH pictures asking that my place be re-cleaned and requested a partial refund. By no means should it have taken 3 hours for 4, let alone 5 people to clean my place. And I was never in my condo at the same time as the maids. In fact, [redacted] made them stay outside until I left because she wanted to have a conversation with me concerning "NOT discussing pay in front of the girls", of which I respected. When they were within 15 minutes of finishing, I sat outside with my two pets waiting for them to finish and yes, I counted the number of maids leaving and there were 4 total. I did agree to have The Helping Hands come back to clean as a resolve, but once I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, [redacted] stopped communication with me (except for harassing emails, never replying to my requests to schedule a time to come back out. I finally had to ask her to stop harassing me unless she planned to rectify the situation. At this point, I want a full refund, not because I need it, but because my property manager refunded the $525 to me already. It is for him to be able to hire another cleaning crew. I am starting a new job March 30th and will be moving to Tempe to be close to my place of employment. I have hired another maid who will be doing the "move out cleaning" as I need it to be done properly.I will not remove my complaint for the Revdex.com as everything I have stated is 100% honest and [redacted] is unwilling to have her crew come back unless I remove it first. That is not how things work. Because she was not willing to rectify the situation first, I want a full refund or I will be taking her to small claims court. BTW, please note yet another discrepancy in what she says to me one of her emails vs. what is said in her response to Revdex.com. She tells me she has maintained a B+ rating for 18 years with the Revdex.com and in her response she says she has maintained an A+ rating for 17 years. So, I'm confused and I'm certain you will find a plethora of contradictions as well. Please review the attachment. I will be happy to as well provide the before and after pictures of several areas that I specifically asked to be cleaned but were not.Thank you for handling this matter promptly.

Regards,

Business

Response:

We offered this customer to reclean instead she went to BB and she did not want this. We now will not recline 5 months later. I tried to communicate and the customer said I was harassing her. I will talk with customers who threaten me with harassment!!! Have a Beautiful Day! Helping Hands
