I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received payment. This issue can be resolved by paying what is owed. I am not going to argue back and forth about this situation, I know that facts and truth of the matter. The comment that my mother was a hoarder shows her lack of professionalism and insensitivity to her clients and I will be glad to be done with this matter.
