Also...

attached is the client signed agreement to the policy and procedure, as well as all treatment notes and dates of follow up. The following are details of the events that took place.a.       Client call on June 13th 5:08pm inquiring about permanent make up services. After answering client’s questions and explaining the procedure, client scheduled the free consultation appointment for July 7th, 2016 b.      On June 15th 2016, at 10:31am a conversation with client over phone resulted in changing the appointment date to June 25, 2016/ Also, at this time the client paid the 50% ($150) deposit that is required in order to hold the procedure for that appointment date. This means the client paid the deposit for the service prior to first receiving the consultation scheduled for June 25th, 2016.c.       Also on June 15th 2016, 10:39am another conversation with the client resulted in changing the client’s consultation/treatment appointment to June 18th, 2016. d.      June 16th 2016 conversation with client resulted in second half of total fees were paid equaling a total combined payments of $300 (this is a discounted price from the $575 due to the technician was new to the office and establishing clientele).e.       Client arrived June 18th, 2016 at 9:39am for the 10am consultation with [redacted], followed by the planned and agreed treatment of permanent eyebrows to follow the consultation same day June 18, 2016 at 11am.f.        At 12:06pm June 18, 2016 client was finished with first visit and paid for some product to help with the healing process of procedure and client is to schedule follow up appointment two week following the pigment application. g.      3 weeks passed to July 7th, 2016, 1:30pm client came in for follow up appointment to application of permanent make up. Client stated she did not like the square corners and asked for eyebrows to be re-shaped with round corners. [redacted] agreed to reshape the brows during this follow up appointment. Management decided not to charge for the reshaping. Client checked out at 2:25pm. h.      July 19th, 2016 3:04pm conversation with client resulted with another follow up appointment on the 23rd of July at 10am with [redacted]. Client wanted darker pigment applied. I.        July 23rd, 2016 client arrived and received another follow up visit to make brow color darker. No charges were applied. Client checked out at 11:11am.j.        At an unrecorded date in April of 2017, client called and spoke with [redacted] Owner of Helping Hands Day Spa and stated that the permanent make-up applied 10 months earlier had faded/discolored and they are not the desired shape. At the time of this call the permanent makeup technician is no longer employed at business and the client was made aware that this service is no longer offered. Client was referred to a local establishment ([redacted]) known for years of experience with permanent makeup. Client asked for either the $300 to be returned or for the visit with other establishment to be paid for by Helping Hands Day Spa. Both of these requests were denied due to the extensive work and care client received during the previous summer. Also so much time had lapsed between last appointment date of July 23rd 2016 and the phone call of April 2017. k.      Client called several times over the course of two days demanding reimbursement or lawsuit will be filed. l.        On May 9th 2017, Helping Hands Day Spa received a notice from Revdex.com about a complaint that requires a response. Please let us know how we can be of any further assistance.  Thank you, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:i think the place she refferd me to for the correction she should be paying she hired this lAdy and the lady did a mistake why would u hire a un experance person to do permanent work on someone face so I would like the company to pay for a corrtion on my eye brows
